  1. Bus stop is before the roundabout, so spot on there sweetie.
  2. It's only at the top of Winchester road. I can pick you up from your's, it's just gonna add more time to the journey thats all.
  3. It's to do with the boufon hair style, lol. I've noticed it seems to be the in thing for girls, but it does remind me of cousin IT from The Adams Family. No offence hun, I still luv you xxx
  4. Mine aint as bad, I gotta leave at 7:20 to go via Brockenhurst to pick Peter F up, then drive upto Winchester to pick up Cousin IT (Miss Shucksmith), then drive upto Bristol. Should be there just after 10. Probably gonna park at Temple Meads, think it's still £4 for the day. Though gotta walk the dogs before that, so will be up about 6:30 too lol. See you all there xxx
  5. Danny that was very nice. Look forward to tomorrow.
  6. Echo Urban frame Echo Urban rims Trialtech stem Maxxis HI Roller R trye Kenda F tyre Everything else came from my stock.
  7. Maybe October, if not then probably around christmas. I'm leaving Bournemouth Sunday for my apprenticeship, between then and now I'm only riding Bristol tomorrow. Sorry dude.
  8. I'm not coming now. I'm not doing the demo in Bucks Saturday, so I'm gonna go to Bristol now.
  9. Yeah I've ground the rear wheel, I may put a booster on too. It bites quite well, but there is some flex, this hasn't really effected the hold on the rear wheel, but we'll see what happens.
  10. I have decided to try out 24" and have gone for the Echo Urban. Picture was taken on my phone, will get more up Friday. My steerer is too short for my top cap to screw into my forks, so I have ordered a Trialtech stem, as I tried my mates, and it fitted and my top cap reached the thread inside my steerer. Hope you all like.
  11. Success!!! I've just got back from Halfords and with a little help from Nathan Roach, The cog has been removed, threads on the hub are a little worse for wear in places (caused by myself with a hack saw), but nevertheless the cog is off and the threads are good enough to still be used. Now, I just need to obtain a cog, as I'l be building the wheels tonight, finishing the bike tomorrow and wanting to ride it.
  12. Cheers Alex. So far I have managed to grind a piece of the cog off.
  13. I doubt i'm gonna make tonight. I'm having some issues with building my rear wheel. Though if anyone has a screw on cog around 15th that would be much appreciated.
  14. Preferably keeping, but if needs be will replace, getting the wheel built is more important.
  15. I'm rebuilding my wheels and changing the rims from 26 to 24. I've come across a huge problem on the rear wheel, I've stripped the 26" wheel and removed all the spokes in hope that the cog wouldn't be in the way of the spokes for building the new wheel. Unfortunately it is in the way and I cannot get the cog of. Does any one have any successful suggestions for removing the rear cog. Thanks
  16. Your in the boot, my new bike will getting passenger seat
  17. Looks like I'm in now. As I've not really followed the thread due to not being able to attend, where is everyone meeting? I assume it's around 11am. Cheers
  18. Dave your only Jealous. Well done Patt, would love to know which rider was you, I couldn't spot you
  19. Great build there Danny, shame I'm not coming to Bristol, would love to have seen it and had a rinse.
  20. Looks nice, very different. How's it ride?
  21. I love the forks, had em a yr. That is a slight problem but then if it was an 8mm hex, yes you could run your brake through it, but you still wouldn't be able to tighten the headset if it came loose.
  22. I know Fred Judd used a hydraulic gyro a few years back on his 24 uk. Dave Marshall runs a top cop tightens the top cap up and then removes the bolt to run his hope disc brake hose throught he forks. His only snag is that he can't tighten his headset up now, because he'll have to remove his hose. Ross's link for the larger bolt for the top cap is a better idea. I unfortuantely can't do that as I'm running Viz forks, and the top cap screws into the threaded steerer tube, but my hose is long enough to do a full rotation with no problems.
  23. I am expecting it to arrive tomorrow, so I shall definately be riding it then. No idea where in London the demo is, but I'll also be driving so cheap/free/safe car park would be useful.
