  1. That was f**ckin impressive. Some ridiculously controlled riding, on those gaps to hooks on basically vertical rocks he somehow made the bike stick to them, and they were wet too. I really liked that, best natural video I have seen in a long long while.
  2. That is true Ben, cant fault tv.isg.si, fast upload and download speeds, good user interface and lots of storage space. Reliable too. Glad to hear trials-shack is returning, although I doubt it offers much advanatge over tv.isg.si.
  3. Im sorry if I sounded harsh, it is a good gap but there wasnt any need for the huge text to pop up on the screen saying 'huge pedal gap', we can make our own judgements on how big it was. To one person huge for a rolling gap is 12ft, to another it is 7ft.
  4. I didnt like the video much, some of the riding was OK but the editing and quality spoilt it. The slow mo of the small backwheel at the beginning dragged on and I felt like stopping it right at the start but I watched it all the way through. That part in the middle that says 'huge pedel hop gap' for a start its pedal with an 'a' and it wasnt 'huge', most people could static that. It seemed a little big-headed and silly, unless it was meant to be funny then I have taken it the wrong way and im sorry. The riding is gettiong better, but the videos need a little work. I dont want to sound harsh, Im just being honest. It takes time to make good videos, as I found out when I made my first few.
  5. Not a bad video there keep it up. The editing was a little boring but you said you wanged it together so that doesnt matter. Some good riding.
  6. Nice pictures, I like them all. I like the last one of Matt though, and Jonny Jones' picture looks awesome.
  7. Orite pictures, I like the first one and the last one. The lighting spoils them a bit though. Looks to be some good riding too.
  8. Nice pictures, looks like some good riding.
  9. Wow really nice videos riding-wise. The guy on the black monty reminds me so much of Ot-Pi in his old school videos.
  10. Thats completely nuts! I am really surprised his bars or bb didnt snap from the impact (or any body parts for that matter).

    Felix Mucke

I watched this earlier, its a good video as usual from Felix. He seems to have included mainly small technical stuff in this video with one or two big moves, which I quite like as a change.
  16. I once thought that try-all boots were over-priced tat, I made a topic discussing whether trials specific boots are better than skate shoes for trials, and they are. I bit the bullet and bought a pair of try-all boots last year in September I think, cant remember exactly. I ride every day unless it is raining/snowing/icy etc and the only signs of wear so far are a few small circles in the sole where the pedal pins have dug in, I say circles because they arent holes, they havent pierced the sole, just made grooves in it. The body of the shoe looks brand new, and they have had some serious stick. The stiffness and support makes me feel secure and Im scared to sidehop stuff in my skate shoes now because its so easy to roll your ankle, because they are soft and flexible. The try-all boots are also grippier which is confidence inspiring, and have lace covers to stop tangles occuring. The main advantage is the stiffness and support though, thats what is good about them. I will most likely be buying another pair after these have worn (I can see them lasting a long time )
  17. Very few people have places nearby that are suitable to make a continous video thats worth entering. Its a hard challenge, and for people who have nobody to film them unless they travel on the train to meet other riders then its pretty hard. I for one wouldnt pay for a train ticket just to get to a spot to film this short video.
  18. Some awesome riding there, loving the street lines. As someone said, this video is long overdue.
  19. The site looks awesome, simple and effective. As for the video, some impressive riding! Some huge drop gaps in there.
  20. Cool video Joe. Oh and Dan, you need to add Wallys, Davetrials, Todges, and everyone elses entries to the topic, I guess you missed them.
  21. I just uploaded a few clips for you, all high quality; tv.isg.si Its obvious which files they are, Clip 1-pedal gap, Clip 2-curb hook...etc EDIT:taken down now as I assume you have downloaded them onto your computer, I wanted to clean up my folder.
  22. Cool videos, the bails one was amusing. Lol at that girl at the end of the Elvo video-"last time I came I saw a dead bird".
  23. I use; FRONT-Avid ball bearing 7 disc brake with an XTR lever, Fibrax cable and standard Avid pads. Works awesome. REAR-05 Hs33 lever on a pair of very old calipers, all black with Unex braided hosing and Heatsink coust pads on a harsh grind, no booster as my Czar frame is stiff enough for me.
  24. I always use Movie Maker to compress my videos, it works so well and is so simple too. I tried that Windows Media Encoder 9 but it was poop and took absolutely ages to compress! I imported a file from Premier Pro and it was abut 500mb, got it down to about 30 with zero loss of quality or sound.
