  1. Friggin' hell, are your mum and dad buying you all that? You have done well if they are, that or your familys rich.
  2. My record is 7ft 6, been riding three and a bit years.
  3. I watched it the other night, and I liked it. Really captures what some people are actually like. It gives football a bad name though.
  4. Czar Ivan frame in long with silver decals Echo hi-fi stem New headset to fit it Possibly new pedals (onza hognesium) Lots of other random stuff I guess, but they are my main presents which I have been saving money for a while for, so the money that I get from christmas will be going towards them. They're not really presents I suppose, but thats what Im getting.
  5. Oh my, that is one sweet bike! So, are those rims pre-drilled/filed square, or did you do it?
  6. I used to run front freewheel on my first real trials bike, it was the old box-tubed onza t-pro. It had a cheap shimano freewheel on it. I never had any problems (apart from trousers getting caught in it!). I dont remember it skipping even once and I never tightened it. I wouldnt call it a reliable experience though as it was on a mod and I was just starting out, no big moves! I then ran a hope mono on the back when I got my first stock and it was good at first, but as I got better my experiences of the hub became worse and worse. I started needing new internals and eventually whole new hubs every few months, and there is no way I was a heavy rider. Just as it knackered again I found a chris king wheel on ebay and got a 36 spoke king classic laced to BMF rim for £150, good condition too. Since I got it my hub has skipped badly once, and thats because I put the wrong oil in it. I considered front freewheel to replace the hope hub, but I heard too many bad things about them so I decided on the king.
  7. Nice video, I like your website layout too. The riding was good, the editing was good and the quality was excellent. The terrain you were riding made me want to ride there too, the weather and rocks make me jealous!
  8. Nice video, I wouldnt mind riding there thats for sure. Good riding and nice bikes too.
  9. I found the video a little boring, I have seen your sidehops a million times before, as I have your drop gaps etc. Good riding though but I didnt enjoy this video that much. The quality spoilt it as bit too. Hopefully your sponsor change will be worthwhile.
  10. Awesome foldage there! Im pretty sure Benito runs his tyres fairly soft for bounce and grip, not that soft though! Must be a puncture or super hard preloading that caused that.
  11. Awesome video, I liked the way you used chilled music and kept the bike noises in, it suited your smooth style perfectly. I prefer this type of video wth smooth editing and chilled music as it does get boring watching video's with hardcore music and crap editing. The riding was awesome, some huge stuff there made to look effortless.
  12. Awesome pictures there Rob P, looks like it captured the ride well.
  13. Not a bad video, keep it up.
  14. Nice video, some nice taps in there. Cool bush jumping too lol.
  15. Cool pics, looks like some good stuff went down.
  16. Holy crap, isnt that the new echo rim too? Thats what you get for trying silly things. I really wish I had a place like that to ride, it annoys me looking at it.
  17. Cool pictures, that tap is impressive.
  18. Nice little video, some nice gaps. If you put in a pedal kick when doing a 360 hop, you will get further round.

    Me sidehop

Me sidehopping about bar height, recently learnt to go to my 'good' side. (Y)
  20. I do that, lots of fruit and veg mixed with lots of crisps, fry-ups, burgers and such like. If you just eat salad and such like how are you going to stay strong (no protein etc)? I ride for fun and progression mainly. I love to see myself improve and pull of lines I never thought possible for me. I look back to when I started and I can remember looking at this bar height wall that I only dreamed of backwheeling, then one good day I did it! Now I look at it and think "thats tiny!". Trials has also kept me fit, strong and has meant that I have travlled to places and done things I wouldnt normally have done if I didnt ride. Ill admit that Im addicted to the sport!
  21. Awesome video, some huge sidehops and taps in there.

    My Woodman

The stickers look pretty good, I would have replaced the main woodman stickers on the downtube for something a little more snazzy though.
  23. I think the bike looks minging, his monty was much nicer. It looks like a cheap kiddies bike to me. Good video though.
  24. Here is one of my favourite clips. Its a nice sized wheelswap at one of my favourite local spots. I dont know what I like about it, mainly the angle that its filmed at and how it looks on the video. Anyways; Wheelswap Quicktime, 24 secs. Hope you like. EDIT; Another one
  25. I have heard loads of good things about them too, I would have had one by now if they came in 36h.
