  1. Hmmm...None i've seen have ever skipped, including mine.
  2. But you can't base your opinion on something because of how it sounds ?
  3. Now riding with a king on my bike I wonder how I ever rode with am xc, they are so sloppy and it feels like there isnt' anything there. Yeah the pro II hubs are better but they don't have that feel of a king, I have seen pro II hubs skip aswell. I'd be happy to ride with either, but given the choice if the hubs were given to me i'd have a king no question. It's only that the hub was on the bike when I bought it, if not I would have probly got the pro II because of the price, failing that a 2nd hand king. People need to stop following fashion, kings are not shit hubs just because there is a trials specific hub from hope, same goes for people saying the hopes are shit, they aren't, it has to be the best ratchet+pawl hub around.
  4. Haha....you should have got me to do that for you, could have used the farm hand !!!! haha
  5. Cool pics. I would adivise you to get a lid for two reasons, one being to protect your head and the second to cover up the bright hair
  6. There shouldn't be much difference if any between sintered and normal magura pads, sintered are made so there will be vitrually no bedding in and they run cleaner. I've found fibrax pads to perform quite well, but you could go for the usual ebc as they tend to put out good quality pads.
  7. What ever happened to 4x wheel builds ? Mine are and they be very very strong.
  8. Lol, s'ok. It doesn't get ridden much now I have le stock.
  9. Yeah, i've found that single speed sprockets last a long ol' time. If your filing burrs off the ring then it will need replacing for sure.
  10. Don't worry you pretty little wheeled bike JT. If you reeeeally want to know, msn me. And yeah, depending on your rear sprocket you would need to replace the chain ring aswell.
  11. Hey, sounds like you would be best suited on a shorter mod. Something like a t-mag would be great, at a good price too. For the stuff you want to be doing also a higher stem would be better, I find my team stem quite low at times, something like the t-master stem would be alot better. A t-pro would also be worth concidering although they don't last long, i've snapped one in half as i'm sure many other people have.
  12. Hey all, a quick question. Does anyone know of any internet shop that sells Morewood frames ? Thanks.
  13. Like Tom said, it would be best to take it off and give the threads and stuff a good clean, then put a ring of grease around the bb threads when putting it in and some on the bb axle interface where the crank sits and a little blob on the cranks bolts aswell. That should be okay after, make sure they are all FT aswell. FT=Fooooowkin' Tight
  14. Did you grease it all when you installed it all ? Other than that you could check your pedals, or the chain itself. Might be a cracked frame ?
  15. I'm there, where exactly will it be in abingdon ?
  16. I'm pretty sure it's the long one. And having the same bike as him won't make you ride as well as he does.
  17. I don't And really anyone who does is pretty silly.

    Arghh!

Use bmx style tensioners, if not then get a smaller tyre. Something like a maxxis 2.35 would be fine in there I would have thought.
  19. Are you using them on a standard rotor ? If you are i'm pretty sure the effect would be like grating cheese, your supposed to run a solid alu rotor with them, if you are then cool. If not then ouch.

    Sidehops.

I'm the same with the whole left foot going left thing, I can manage 45" so it can't be so bad. It's just getting your own personal technique down. Yeh, tunni does the same too.
