I finally got it off, used a better vice and all is now well in the world. (Y)

It's very tight on there. I did give it some beans but it still just kept slipping out of the vice after a minute or two. (Y)

I have taken apart my acs claw freewheel and the pawl and bearing carrier is still on my crank and I can't get the bloody thing off, I have ground the tabs off so can't use the proper tool and jamming it in the vice isn't working either, any suggestions ? (Y)

I wear glove's on and off really, I just invested in some foam grips but they feel really fat on the bar, but they feel better to ride with when im not wearing gloves, so which one so i choose ? there should be both up there in the poll !

My old bike, now i ride a 24" bmx cruiser thingy, good fun, alot easier for me to race bmx on.

Try and look into formula 1, I bet they use a shad load of carbon fibre in those cars.

I'm on the 2 job thing aswell, working out quite nicely for myself, both working with bikes aswell. Halford's is pretty wank though, but it earn's money, also work at marshalls cycle's, wicked bike shop, we are one of the biggest dealers or specialized in the country! aswell as stocking other bikes like marin and klien, and we can order in loads of stuff like santa cruz, cove, rocky mountain, giant etc. There is always bikes in there worth a heap of money, its great.

I'm building a mod, need bar+setm, so just wondering what stem to get, I was thinking of the zoo stem but not sure because of the low rise ? should I go for something with more rise like an echo stem ? or monty one ? Any help would be great :)
