Get yourself some cheap one's, they have a good feel without glove's and are available from most local bike shop's.

Just grease it, take your pedal's off, crank's and bb out, then clean them all, tighten the chainring bolt's, make sure the pedal axle's are tight, if they are caged pedal's then make sure they are tight , clean the lot of nice and good, grease the thread's on the bb and put it in nice and tight, grease the crank bolt's and put them on, then grease the pedal thread's and put them on, sorted, if it still creak's then go mental, shout lot's and throw stuff, then buy another bottom bracket.

Echo pure only has 10 or 12 mm dude.

My mate has one, I think it is one of the nicest bike's to ride, ever. I'm the same height as you and I love the way it feel's. If only I had one (Y)

The new saracen bike's are quite good, onza bike's are also worth a look, you could always keep your eye out for a decent second hand bike aswell.

:) They are old school rock shox judy xl's. No they won't the fork's arent' strong enough to do that and they only have 120mm of travel. :lol:
