    Frame Advice

Or if you wanted to spend a little more then the echo pure or control comes in a 1065 wheelbase, I really like the feel of my pure in this size, not too long and not too short at the same time, magical.
  2. Leigh, don't bother waiting because you will be saying that for year's, just get the control that's out now and ride.
  3. It's very doubtful that the blue hoses are better. But it will make the bike look little more special.
  4. I had a go on my friend's bike with a maxxis rear tyre the other day and didn't have the same grip and kind of strength in the tyre as my syncros. I'm sure you won't regret getting this tyre.
  5. Green. Maybe a poll would be worth while putting here.
  6. If you have the chance to get some then do, you can get the seal's from manitou. Try going through your local bike shop or find some on the internet bike shop's.
  7. Never ever ever get rid of a pair of Manitou Millenium forks, they are the don !
  8. Whooop's, forgot to mention, it's a syncros BHT rear, really nice and super duper grippy also.
  9. This is the best tyre I have used, a little un-known but deffinatly worth a try.
  10. Look's alright but i'm not keen on the whole pink stuff on the straps. And is it me or are you rather young ?
  11. Can't go wrong with friends.

What do we all think ? I'm thinking it wouldn't take long to snap if you were riding some nice and big street stuff on it, but i'm sure that it wasn't designed for that.
  13. The zoo! crank's look yummy, i'm not sure they are square taper but they fit the bill quite well, they are strong, sexy and burly looking. If burns' weren't for me then I would probably spend my money on some zoo! crank's.
  14. Have a search around on internet cheat site's, they are good places for games you don't know about.
  15. Anything would be better than tryall tyre's on street, my mate's one's are not very good at gripping metal benches and stuff. go for the maxxis, you will come to apreciate this decision later on. :o

Thank you ! lol, yeh the chain is a wipperman.
  17. My pure feel's very solid and I don't think I shall be getting a new frame any time soon.
  18. If it were me I would go for the 661 armour, I know a whole load of people who use, and love, their stuff. As for short's I would try to keep away from the downhill style race short's as they are heavy and sweaty, oakley do some good short's with vent's etc. have a look around for some.
  19. The T-Mag is 1000mm. I would like to see onza pick this frame up and get it out, it has attracted alot of interest and they are rather nice frame's.
  20. I didn't really like it much, the riding was good and all but I found the vid quite boring to watch.
  21. I could try digging one out if you like ? If not then I would send you me 16t ?
  22. I would have thought that the 158mm crank length would have been better suited on a mod bike. But the 165 tensile's sound good.
  23. Get one from an old cassette or something, you bike shop might have one lying about.
