  1. Try-all rims are very good, failing that echo...
  2. No real need for it is there? I'd think of that on a trials bike as overkill...
  3. You bast porter! Those marins are sweet...although I shall be ordering a nice charge 4X bike next week
  4. Yeah the normal 2-bolt boosters are for magura 4-bolt fitments, but they only use the 2 top bolts. Not as stiff but lighter. So natural assumption would lead me to belive that one would fit no problem.
  5. Where did you buy it from ? You could get a warrenty helmet through that company or deal with madison direct i'm sure. Sounds like you should get another though, its not usual for this to happen, mines 2 years old nearly and never skipped a beat. Make a few calls in the morning
  6. Note the scooby doo card in the front wheel that I found lol...
  7. Its not sposed to look good And I didn't take it apart or tape anything up either....
  8. I got bored, then this happened: Comment away... Edit: Okay, so that went on for long enough, now it looks a little more like this I think its a slight improvement, what you think ? Ta = ]
  9. Fecking love mine! Best bars i've owned without question...
  10. Sickening...I guess hes riding for zoo now then? Sweet.
  11. I've not ridden gloves for over a year now, don't think i'll be putting some on any time soon either.
  12. I'd agree with poopipe about the DK, good bikes they are. Customriders.co.uk are the same people as Scoop who distribute them so i'd buy from there. Nice guys at the shop too if you've got any problems.

    Grips

TF2 or brake cleaner work very well.
  14. Yeah should fit, but it does depend on what length bb axle you have. You'd probably need to get a 127mm bb for it to work, bash rings are usually 4mm thick at the centre where they tighten on.
  15. I used to run flat bars, they felt good but for a change I got some monty risers. They felt so much better is was unreal, i'm now riding onza carbons which have similar feel but are wider. Stems also make up alot for feel and stuff too. I'd say monty risers though for sure.
  16. Clamp it in a vice as hard as you can, then put a piece of scaffold pole on the crank to undo it. If you don't want to damage the sprocket then put a piece of old chain around it before putting in the vice.
  17. You can't seriously spell that badly can you? What do they teach in schools now...
  18. Then why do you choose to make magura pads instead of vee pads ? On topic, i'm pretty sure profile is your only option, pretty sure they are the only people that make a disc rear cassette hub.
  19. I never run mine in and its still fine. With a ratchet/pawl set-up like hope you shouldn't really need to bed them in ?
  20. Contact fishers distribution, they are the importer/dealer for everything avid. I'd try getting warrenty before buying a new one, make something up about riding xc and changed rotor size or something for more power...
  21. That doesn't suprise me at all, that guy is a nutter! lol...very cool to ride with though.
  22. I think its happened to a couple others, I remember porter breaking one, I think the other one was damons. My guess would be only the harsher-go-bigger riders are doing it but its made me think of a year or two down the line if alot more hubs are going to do this?
