GNARLY

so i'm new to trials, wanted something cheap and managed to get a Harbinger, like new, chains a tad lose on the bottom and hits the frame, without checking i ordered some SE racing chain tensioners which fit a 10mm axle, just went to check and my axle is huge, bigger then 10mm, any ideas on what i can do? thanks
