Big bump, but since the OTN users had to use TF for a while it really does show how much of a problem this, it doesn't seem to be just be a couple of minutes in the middle of the night it can be on and off for 30 mins making the forum unusable. I guess it's not a big deal for the people who goto bed before sunrise but there's a lot of international users these days and night owls.

As for the 'f**k TF' thread, it's pretty ridiculous that there's this kind of rivalry between two forums that share the same interest. But what can you expect when the 4th post in this thread was from a senior member calling all the users of OTN 'American retards'. And then Rush doesn't help by trolling other thread. I mean, he can say he's 'just joking' like monkeyseemonkeydo will probably do (or not) but that's no way of getting out of it. With regards to the f**k TF thread, it's plain to see that we do have two different styles of forums, at the end of the day if you came from the USA to the UK and expected to pay in dollars and demand Mountain Dew you're not going to get anywhere very quickly, same applies when the guys from OTN signed up to TF to realize they couldn't get validated / banned because there posts weren't up to the quality of TF (ie chevyblazer7446). It's kind of Sad.

Well, no one is going to say they don't want the option of having it on their phone but it's a lot of work for the admin for (like has been said) virtually no gain.

I haven't really noticed a problem. However all it takes for a member to get validated these days is one good post. 5 people see it and vote and they're in. How I feel it should be is a pre-member can only receive one vote per post. This means that once a member has voted, no other member can vote on that post. This would mean that they have to make at least 5 good posts rather than just one. It's all about consistency then.
