Does it make a difference? Have the PS3 right next to the router now and was thinking if wiring it up would help reduce lag etc when playing game online? Or should I not bother?

Haha, yeah, people who post (like me) with criticisms of the forum are coming from a 'user only' perspective, and not as a user/admin for the forum. It's pretty obvious that the buy/sell would never flourish with the original subforum remaining. But if getting rid of that would mean another bunch of TF users ditching the forum then fair enough. It's a massive shame that apparently trials riders are pussies when it comes to any slight change in TF that they have to flee the site at minute change even though it's for the greater good. I'd personally say f**k it and go ahead and make the drastic changes, as we discussed in another topic the need for TF has dropped drastically since the opening of tartybikes and the growth of the sport so I think it's fair to say TF is in no win situation anyway, might as well go ahead and make changes to keep the forum modern and user friendly with regards to buying and selling on the forum which has now become the heart of the forum. You've got a 2nd hand biketrials part you want to sell there's only one place to come to. Can't go to tartybikes for that! Wasn't that exactly what buy/sell actually did though? I honestly never used it once, and now it's gone can't refer back to it, but didn't it break down forks/frames/drivetrain etc? It seems like you're saying you prefer the old system, but It needs to be like the new system more? The buy/sell system was the template so people had to follow the set format. I seem to recall the only problem with it is that 50% of the members never actually used it because both systems were in place.

I completely agree.

...if this happened in the USA. Considering you have no insurance Mark would have had a bill of about $600 if he went to urgent care, maybe more if it was outside of urgent care hours and had to go to the emergency room. But realistically he probably wouldn't have even gone knowing he'd have to pay for it, which is what happens a lot here and then that can lead to more problems if it was indeed broken. His brother would have bills well into hundreds of thousands of dollars. He would then have to pay large sums of money every month probably for many decades and would be financially screwed for a long time. Or declare bankruptcy... which ultimately means the taxpayers are going to be covering his bills anyway. 3rd option is go to jail for not paying your medical bills. If they both had insurance that wasn't state/federally funded for low income people (in that case generally 100% is covered) they would still have to pay co-pays, deductibles etc etc. So even WITH insurance Mark would still have to pay anywhere between the full amount (if it was his first time using his insurance that year etc) or at least $100 towards the bill. The chances are his brother would still be left with a crazy bill even with insurance, possibly up to 4 figures, but that could vary depending on the quality of his health insurance. f**k that. I'd rather pay more taxes so everyone can have it free.

I've lived under both systems so I'm gonna say I'm right.

Yeah they're the best two!

I believe it was so groundbreaking they didn't know to judge what she did.

A company that doesn't have profits as their number one priority won't be a company for very long.

I've never used the new topics option on the forum as I think the forum is way to active to use that feature. You're best bet is just to glance at the first page of each individual subforum and see new topics that way.

And this is where it gets fun. Here, you could be paying hundreds of dollars a month on good health insurance because of you hip, shoulder etc pain. But then find out when you actually get them treated, or try to have them treated, they're classed as a pre-existing condition and aren't covered, even though you've been paying into the plan for several years and thousands of dollars. When you start dealing with privatized medicine, you dealing with a company that is trying to make as much money as possible and couldn't give two shits about your actual healthcare. When you're dealing with the NHS they may laugh you out of the door with mild pain here and there, but when shit gets real at least they're actually going to do something about it.

This is the key argument I use when talking about healthcare in the states. No one out here seems to realize that you can still buy private healthcare insurance if you have a public system in place. The system we have in the USA right now is you must have insurance for private healthcare. If you don't you have to pay cash. If you get in an accident or need emergency healthcare and you have no insurance, you get treated, but then you have to pay private healthcare prices, which in my wife's case when she got hit by a car was way into the six figures.

If it's becoming anything like it is out here... it's a bad thing.

There are ways to do it, but because trials puts so much force through the disc tabs you'd have to find something super strong or it'll just break.

I actually really enjoyed it. I was pretty drunk though so that might have helped.

Wait, what? I didn't get to see it. Here in the USA, they didn't show it live, they showed it 4 hours later so they could have it in the prime time slot. The prime time slot is also known as when JT is at work.

Nothing can go faster than the speed of light. When something does, time starts to change for the object and it gets very confusing.

I still have 6 pairs somewhere. I did sell one pair but had to refund the guy because I couldn't find them. f**k knows where I put them.

This is the "720" controller prototype

I'd say it's worth more than the highest amount said so far in this thread. If I was selling this and it was in all good working order I'd be aiming for about 160, especially if that included free delivery. Perfect bike for starting on.
