  1. Define junkfood, eveything's junk these days...
  2. I could never configure ports with Zone Alarm; there just doesn't seem to be an option! Eventually I just set up a hardware firewall so I could configure it fully. Bittorrent, at least when using BitComet, you also need to make sure that a listening port is set up (6881) for incoming connections and shizzle. I don't know of any good software firewalls (are there any?), XP Firewall is adequate, but not an option for you unless you want to upgrade to XP.
  3. Ebay own Paypal, and yes, Paypal are excellent until you have a problem. Don't expect to get a penny back.
  4. I'm sure everyone in Suffolk doesn't have a knee-jerk liberal reaction to a logical comment...

    Chavs!

If you say that you're a chav, then you arn't one. A true chav is totally oblivious to the world around them and the thoughts of others.
  6. Just think about it. Today in The Telegraph were two stories about people who had been hit (only once) and were f**ked up - i.e. coma. Two innocent fathers, one a judge, all hit for nothing. I guess you could argue that the videos were useful to educate people about the real world etc. but like this it's just sick; and I'm no prude.

    Pc Or Mac?

I'm pro-choice. If I wanted to waste my money on sub-par proprietary hardware then I would buy a mac. In my opinion, a Mac vs PC question isn't about OSX vs Windows, but Mac vs x86. Why should hardware lock me into a certain software choice?
  8. New Mexico = A state in the USA Therefore, silly bloke from the US.
  9. Well, I usually have Torrents downloading 20 hours a day and I lke to make the most of my bandwidth I think regular browsing shouldn't use more than a few tens of mb an hour. I'm not a faqn of Freeserve/Wannado after being kicked off of their 56k service for 'excessive use'
  10. In the past 6 years I've had Freeserve, BT, Plusnet and now I have Bulldog. I would recommend BT for free equipment and service but I've got Bullldog just for price. I'd heard some bad things about Bulldog but I gave them the benifit of the doubt and everything appears to be fine, in fact I've had them for over a month and I havn't been charged yet... So, BT if you want free equipment and tech support or Bulldog for price. Also, with download limits I've never had any problems and I download about 1.5gb a day on average. 1. BT 2. Bulldog 3. Wannado 4. Plusnet Shit, why can I not string a concise and interesting sentance together...
  11. Oh Tom, you're so kind, you are quite obviously better than me, with your cheesy snoopy-like grin! :turned:

  16. <html> <head> <title></title> </head> <body> /* outer content */ <iframe src="iframelink.htm" height="*" width="*"></iframe> </body </html> The IFRAME source will be a whole other html page entitled "iframelink.htm". Something along those lines.
  17. Not all the vids can be reached that way.
  18. For some reason you can't "right click and save as" in Firefox, but you can in IE. (Y)
