They're simple but effective, and arn't intrusive in any way. Just fit and forget, so to speak. They may not protect against anything major, but it just helps with the day to day falling and spraining.

Guaranteed setting a router up is FAR easier than setting up a crossover with ICS, and alot less temperamental. In the long run a router is worth the initial cost.

I don't get why people hate Zero's so much. I absolutely loved mine and it served me well. Anyways, I'd suggest a new school frame, long, low but maybe not silver. Control, BT 5 etc. I'm sure you can get a second hand one of those for cheap.
