You're right, and who says you have to? There are just some people of our age that are interested in current affairs and like to prove it. I forgot to mention, the .rar file was something I did - I .rar'ed all the files up myself. :"> I have done it though, it turned out I had to use HJSplit, join the files, rename the output to .iso then open it up in WinRar then extract it and then mount it. Phew. Wouldn't it have been easier to make it into an image file to begin with! Cheers for the help guys, this has been pissing me off for days! :(

I used Bit Torrent to download some program, but the directory has 42 15mb files, each with their own filetype - .001, .002, .003, .004 etc. I probably have to somehow join these files back together to form the original ISO. But the question is how? Thanks.

I'm with Natwest and I get a loverly Solo card; works in most shops, most online places and Paypal :S Whatever you do don't get an Electron, compared to a Solo hardly anywhere accepts them. I think that's about it.

It's probably worth dual-booting ubuntu and XP to avoid these sorts of problems. You're always going to have cross-compatibility issues so a dual-boot will just save the hassle and effort :mellow:

Ok, I've had a read and the protein I'm folding (RIBO_FSpeptide_EXT) has 100 frames but is worth 600 credits probably because it has 84665 atoms. I'm happy now, I've got 70% to go, although I'm probably being way too competitive with this! :blink:
