  1. Check your rotor is straight. loosen the caliper mount bolts and turn the wheel you shouldn't see the caliper move side to side. if its bent try bending it back by hand. Or with a disc tool. if its not bent then try topping up the lever resevoir.
  2. Its today if anyone's looking for something to do. see you all there

  7. If you prefer to use the correct tools for the job you can use any of the permagrit tools to cut your carbon. you can get all you need here http://www.easycomposites.co.uk/Category/Tools-Equipment-and-Supplies/Perma-Grit-Tools.aspx
  8. If you use a normal 24 hacksaw blade. Tape the bar and run water over it and take your time. worry more about the dust and heat build up in the resin if you saw to fast or to hard you will wreck the bar.
  9. I am going to go with the try,all forged 105x35 seems a good stem
  10. Sorry its been a while since looking into full builds. Heres the one i found http://www.trial-bikes.com/bicicleta-ozonys-king-dunce-p-536245.html?language=en&azx=320 100x30 sounds like it will be just the job.
  11. Do you have any pics of the brake fitted to the bike, the pad surface, inside the caliper and a side on of the brake fitted. i can take a look and see if i could give you an idea what's going wrong.
  12. Cheers for the feed back, i was going to use that size stem to match the full build bike on tartys, any other stem ideas for the frame.
  13. I am selling the ozonys v3 24". i want to get the ozonys king of dunce frame with a 120 stem what's everyones thoughts on the kod v2'frame
  14. Those saints are down from £60 to £38 now though.
  15. I would rather ask euan if he can machine you a tough as sloping cap. Also so you can tighten that big ass bar up as tight as you will want to without bending loads of those light top caps. option 2 a huge steel washer and a set of those avid brake washers.
  16. Count me in dave i will get pic printed out asap

    Getting old...

If your scared, your not riding enough. getting old isn't a problem for muscles its bones and joints that wear out. if your not getting knee, ankle, spine, wrist or shoulder problems then your doing well. for me i just don't get out on the bike enough i am lucky if i get out once a week during winter. i loose confidence in my skills.
  20. Just change you r current short steep stem for a long low stem. Then if you don't like it you haven't cut the steerer and can go back
  21. Find a manual read it and reset the carb to factory, and start from there. and if you had it apart last, check you did it correctly
  22. Seems a good spec to start out on if its really cheap. those freewheels are likely to fail once he starts riding on the backwheel. its only £50+ to get a better new one.
  23. I am quite a big fan of 661 rhythm knee and shins, nice light weight and comfy guards
