Hey guys, don't come on here very often, but i'm not really a part of any other forums and I am interested to hear peoples views on the proposal of the return of compulsory national service. Also I just wanted to let you know it is happening! hopefully it won't get through but you never know. the bill is now going for its second reading in the house of commons. most likely this will affect men ages 18-50 and women 20-30. you could always get around the different mechanical advantages required by disk and rim brakes, by having, essentially 2 levers built into one. a specific piston set for the rim and disk brake, 2 hoses etc. im pretty sure that would work. a bit OTT in my opinion though.

from a browse of their website it really is very hard to find anything with comparable spec or the price! if you look at the "rock rider 5.3" in comparison to something like the "trek 3500" which is at a similar price point(50 quid cheaper in fact), the trek doesnt even come close on spec. definitely a company worth taking a look at if you're looking for good components at a low price.

cool, i might go for the 3rd one down then, it has a splined ring rather than a screw in adjuster to alter the angle of the clamp, seams that would be slightly mores secure! cheers for your help.
