If you didn't go to the train station, which i highly doubt you did, why didn't you text or ring jonny before you went out for almost a whole day somewhere else to let him know you wouldn't be going?

I agree if your in pain you should go to the hospital, but my mums the lead nurse for leicester and she said for a haert flutter or constant palpatations the hospital will likely tell you to go and visit your GP so you can have an ECG set up and come in and see them more easily. If your having to go see your GP anyway it doesn't make sense to go to the hospital about it... 90% of the time they won't know exactly what is causing it without an ECG so going to the hospital is a bit of a lost cause.

I put liquid skin on it.... its now coated in plastic and the stuff isn't coming off Besides, A&E is only for injuries that happened in the last 24 hours.... this is around 36 hours or so now. I give it two weeks tops.

He didn't say heart pains, he said a random twitch feeling like he used to have. If he's had it before its seemingly likely to not be immediately detrimental to his health so asking for advice on here seems like a logical idea... especially if its brought on by trials, theres a high chance other people on here may have it. If everyone went straight to A&E because of any old thing the waiting times would be even higher than they already are. If he's had it before and its not hurt him and there would be no answer on here he could go and get an appointment booked in with his GP, or in a slightly different situation he may even have had an appointment made but didn't specify and has the time to make this topic on here whilst waiting for the appointment. Rushing straight to A&E isn't the best answer for this situation.

I got back from drinking yesterday and upon waking up i remembered i'd decided it would be a good idea to try and peddle as fast as i possibly could on the trials bike on the way home, which resulted in my foot slipping off and me getting dragged along behind the bike down a hill and having to use my knee (wearing shorts at the time) as a brake on the road surface to stop my leg getting burnt as i was sitting on the tyre whilst it was spinning rather quickly.

Some people don't like to waste time and effort of their own and of the already busy doctors over something that could be easily and quickly explained on the internet.

My sister has it sometimes too, she faints and feels like she's gonna throw up. She had to have a heart monitor strapped to her for 24 hours and they're still waiting on the tests. I just assumed she was being a typical girl about it, she was told that the reason she goes faint and i don't is because she panics when it happens and goes into a form of shock, which results in the fainting and nausea. I enjoy it and use it as an excuse to get out and do something energetic before it finishes. Meh, i like it.... the chance of suddenly dropping dead is only around 0.6% I'm happy with that. I could always go find a power cable and try some self cardioversion
