Click start>Right click my computer>properties>hardware tab>device manager and scroll down to the audio symbol.... it should have your soundcard or its product code there. Alternatively, look inside the computer. I have these with an X-Fi Xtreme gamer soundcard. Does the job rather well Although when my uni loan comes through i may get some better speakers, or better graphics card...... decisions, decisions

I didn't know magura made metal backings. The only ones i was aware of were the plazzie ones, the heatsink cnc ones and the rimjam ones. Chuck up some pics for us, i'm sure a fair few are quite intrigued.

In a word.... no. Go to tesco seriously, they have some pretty good laptops and the gateway range is great. For £500 or thereabouts my mum picked up a dual core'd gig of ram 120gb hard drive'd vista premium'd beast with a fairly decent graphics card (Plays bioshock full screen res, max settings at about 30fps) For £500-600 you could get much betetr than that dell one.

With the way he says burn i'd imagine the mac is fitted with a litescribe writer. Although i don't know how to use one.

Need Help On A Frame Change
Krisboats replied to Bridport-Rider-Dave's topic in Beginners Trials Chat
i don't know how long the 07 pitbulls are but weren't the limey 1's 1095-1100 depending on forks? The extra length WILL make taps easier. -
Ha ha wicked. Get some tailwhips dialled.

Am i right in thinking the tensile strength is the strength we test the most when peddle kicking?
-
And there was me thinking youtube was the worst video host ever. Good riding though. You must have no balls whatsoever to stay on that rail like nothing had happened. I'd be straight off it and sat there in pain.

Yeah man, all seems sound to me. The only reason i said it was because he'd told me on msn he was going out of his way to do big things so he could get sponsored.
-
Yep, add it to your cart, then enter the promotional code in strelly's first post in order to reduce the price

I think a lot of that stems from the fact neither of you have a job! You've both finished your gcse's, its summer and you still have no job.... then complain about not being able to afford trials. I hate to sound inconsiderate here but there is only one way to say it. If you can't be arsed to work, how are you going to afford anything in life? I know you probably don't want to hear this as its rubbing salt in the wound a bit now... but what did that drop gap actually acheive? You won't get sponsored for it, you can't ride, and now if you do go to get a job your going to find getting there will be difficult. I know your both only wanting to keep riding and your both great mates, but theres hundreds of people who CAN afford trials on top of other things like going out clubbing and they aren't sponsored. Purely for the fact they don't just sit around on msn and watching riding videos in between going riding. You may not like your job, but it takes the pressure off this whole "i need to get good to get sponsored" approach, which i can only imagine will bring the fun back into riding. Sorry to pick on you here jonny but you quite often say something along the lines of "i've put so much work into my riding", you make it sound like its not fun for you anymore, as though you don't go out on rides to have a laugh with your friends and play on your bike but go out in order to train for sponsorship. I just can't help but feel that your both looking at sponsorship for the wrong reasons. If you were to put the same amount of effort into finding a job you would find one much faster than you would a sponsor, and you'd have an income that you can spend on anything you want... not just trials. Riding shouldn't be a chore, it should be fun.... i just think you've gotten confused somewhere along the line

Nah man, it was a normal bmx kmc.
-
The original tensile ones with the "I-Beam technology" snapped a lot. They were quite renowned for it in fact. as far as i'm aware the urban legends are quite a bit better, plus they don't rip you shoes to pieces like the old ones used to.
-
KHE is brand new out the box, no stiff links. Used to use a kmc kool k710.
-
Yeah i set the tensioner up properly when i put the new chain on. Its not like its crap at gapping, its like a couple of times i went to put the power down on the cranks and i jumped without the wheel spinning.... as though someone come along and stuck a 12tooth cog on while i wasn't looking. Its just damn weird. I new i shouldn't have bought a KHE.

Don't you need a crossfire motherboard to run the two ATI cards Out of single cards the x1800xt is slightly better, but not by a lot... 4-5 fps at the most. The 7800gtx does crawl ahead slightly though if you bump the resolution up to 2048x1536

Ha ha, black mumba my arse.... Its blatantly a blue mumba

He is, he regularly browses the forum and writes in his column for mbuk about "what we've said" (his exagerated version though) in different topics.

How Do I Make My Internet Connection Secure..
Krisboats replied to Joe Papasnap Maher's topic in Chit Chat
Yeah thats the same as me, files can still be added though. In the my music folder i have a folder called mp3's... this is shared on the network via right click>properties>sharing and the "allow other users to modify files" thing is unchecked. This way they can't delete or alter the files, but they can put new ones onto it. My mum has put several pictures of handbags and things into that folder which had me baffled for a week or so as to how handbag photo's were turning up in my music folder. Turns out her auto save destination was my mp3 folder and she was just using that -
Not a great deal. It'll happily spin 2 or 3 rotations of the cranks when i try and double crankflip. Well whenever i've fitted a new kmc its never altered the feel of the gear ratio. The only things thats changed this time is its a brand new model of chain altogether.

That was quite good. I laughed a fair bit when, after all that dramatic footage at the start, you speeded up the part where your rolling around on the floor. Looked like some kind of monty python skit Unlucky though dude, you'll be back out in no time. At least you don't have a job to turn up to still, you can just lay on the sofa watching movies and eating ice cream all day.

On my music shared folder my siters and mums laptops can see and use all my music but not re-name them... but they can add music to it. All it needs is the windows shared files folder anyway and thats it, on goes you backdoor.
