My frame and forks aren't even on there. My RB lever isn't there either and i kind of stopped when my frame was missing Can't be arsed to do it, the amount of stuff i've drilled and sawed off its going to be out anyway. Its called the echo rim brake, it includes the weight of the lever blade, brake and clamps. And yes, it IS on there

Yeah, that isn't fun. I was in my attic and a load of dust fell off the roof and went in my eye. I had to get my lense out first and in doing so scratched it nicely. Hurt to blink, hurt to keep it closed because i'd move it round. If it happens again through go out on your bike for a bit, it hurts a bit a first and its hard to concentrate but after 10-15 minutes your adrenalin should be going and then you don't notice it as much and after a short while it will have gone completely. Worked a treat last time i scratched mine.

I don't know. All i know is he called the mac support place and they just told him they've had people complain about this a few times and the only fix they know of is to minimise it and drag it over from the top. So he can have quark open on the left screen and photoshop on the right. Its a software issue not a hardware one.

Ha ha, biggest pile of garbage ever. If someone says rex's are weak you know they're spouting s***. Its alright, the frame is designed around the famous coustellier frame and the geometry on it is really nice. The frame itself is a little heavy though, but kit it up with the right components and you won't notice it. If your buying it as a complete bike then some of the components are a bit rubbish. The rear hub, the cranks, the rims etc. All will need replacing as you progress and find out how weak they are. If you can find a second hand rex though with something like a hope rear hub and tensiles/echos/middleburns then you will find it is a very nice bike to play with.

When was the last time you were there? And who was showing you round

I was concerned about wearing my contacts in the pool and in the sea when i went on holiday to newquay. I shouldn't have been. First day there we went in the sea and i was fine with the contacts when diving under waves and generally just splashing around playing rugby in the sea with my mates. You'll probably find that you instinctively close your eyes as you go underwater in the sea and in the pool, but thats normal for me anyway as my eyes get irritated if i keep them open underwater in both the sea and the pool. I didn't change them either, had no reason to. From what i've gathered its possible for contact lenses to soak up bacteria and what not from what they're soaked in... which is why you shouldn't clean them with tap water as they soak up some chemical or microbe that will damage your eyes. But yeah, a whole week of swimming and surfing and i was fine with them without needing to replace them. I think if you search theres a lot of surfers who wear contacts without any problems at all, aside from losing them from time to time. Your not supposed to go to sleep in them because your eye needs oxygen, which it absorbs through the area thats covered by the lense. When you blink the tears allow for oxygen to soak through the lense and into the eye, keeping your eye nice and healthy. If you fall asleep with them in your eye doesn't get the oxygen as your not blinking and it can lead to your eyes becoming unhealthy and in extreme cases blood vessels will appear on your eye as your body attempts to carry enough oxygen to your eye. Sleeping in them is fine occasionally... just not frequently.

Its tiger, on the mac downstairs. If you have like an open folder and try dragging it over to the second screen it sometimes just physically won't move over. Using 2 identical 17" Sony TFT's. Seems the only way to get it over is to take the folder to the top of the screen and slide it over at the top. Like i say, it only happens sometimes but it shouldn't happen at all. Sometimes programs won't drag over either... they have to be minimised into their name bar thing and you need to drag that over, just programs like safari or chess.

Just watched the last episode now. Pretty damn good to be fair, although i don't think it raised a load more questions as some of them can be answered logically. I can think of 3 questions really that stemmed from the end of the series.

I would have a look for you, but the link doesn't work so i can't see what sort of spec the machine is. The ram in my dads G5 is standard kingston ram, which costs about £35 for 1gb. If they're still using that kind of ram in the computer your looking at expect that kind of price for it, though it'll obviously be more expensive if you purchase it through apple. The macs usually support dual screens, but without seeing the graphics adapter on the machine i wouldn't be able to say for sure. Macs also have issues with dual screening, for instance random program windows won't drag over to the second screen unless you drag them off the top edge of the first one and slowly slide it along to the second. Theres also a few other bugs with mac dual screens.

Peter's power isn't flying. His power is mimmicking other peoples powers. Effectively once he meets another persons power he can think about it and use it himself whenever he wants. So while he can fly, he can also do anything else other heroes do. Claires dad is a regular guy. Guy with the beard is a bit vague dude... theres a few people with beards. Unless you mean ted, who doesn't blow things up he can harness nuclear power so he can act as a nuke, shoot mini nuke bombs and cause EMP pulses.

Actually, theres been a few mac virus's and theres quite a few people who try and make them. For example beginning of novemeber there was a poorly written replicating virus written specifically for intel-macs and it was called Macarena. The only thing that really stopped this virus infecting more than 50-100 machines is that the author had put such a crap replicating system so it wasn't too wide spread. Theres also been several security holes in osx throughout the releases like the hole in tiger that allowed for the automatic installation and activation of widgets by websites that had the required code on them. All the user would have to do is make a virus label it as a widget and have it install and run itself automatically. What i wrote wasn't a competition, it was fact. One day the so called "invulnerable" macs will have a virus written for them. Apple don't just fix things either... they usually deny its existence first

Wicked reply, comepletely irrelevant. Toms covered the s-video aspect... but some laptops also have a standard vga socket for connecting to a standard tv monitor. With newer flatscreen "HD" televisions some have vga sockets which you could directly connect the laptop to and if you were to buy a vga to dvi connector you could fit a dvi-hdmi cable and connect it to one of the tv's hdmi slots. If you can, go with the vga over the s-video as the picture from an s-video cable will be blurry and pixelated.

Its completely possible to bounce on the back wheel using nothing but pedal tension. No brakes required! I can do it myself but gapping obviously doesn't work. I can see how he could sidehop from two wheels over a rail and land back to two wheels easily enough and it would be a great way to improve your control over the bike.
