  1. It was very good, interesting story, really kept me on the edge of my seat. Not too keen on some of the "overly shake happy" camera work in the zombie scenes, i think it could have worked just as well without being so all over the place. Very good film though, definately would go see it again.
  2. As i said over msn, very good video. You capture an atmosphere of the ride no one else seems able to do. Great filming editing and choice of music. Nice one jonny!
  3. Was a good video. When it started i was actually on the edge of my seat thinking this was going to be some kind of groundbreaking video with music setting a mood thats not been used in a trials video before.... but was a bit disapointed when the low quality screamy music came on Make sure you don't compress the sound too much when making a video, it might sound alright on lower quality systems but for people with decent speakers and soundcards, its horrible. Keep it at a constant bitrate of 128kbps or 192kbps. Its only gonna make it another mb or two larger so its worth it for the vastly superuior sound. Good riding though
  4. One thing The bolts in the rear wheel are some custom ones that edd potts made. Their huge 8mm allen key things and are VERY well built. The forks though, yeah i agree. I want something sleeker.
  5. Sounds to me like your just starting out, and are getting on the back wheel but keeping the rear brake locked whilst your on it. The easiest way to combat this is to do some very small gapping hops, only about a foot or so, to learn how to inch forwards slowly. Once you can competantly hop a couple of inches forwards at a time using the pedal hop technique (get on the back wheel, let go of brake, stamp on pedals, jump in the air, re apply brake, land) you'll start to be able to shift the wheel along without letting go of the brake. At all times keep your weight forwards more though... ideally you want to be hopping on the spot without moving anywhere, and if you going backwards... it means your too far back. Lean forwards more and keep your elbows bent and you'll be fine.
  6. Made it myself Blatantly plazzies ***!!!
  7. Doesn't look like its a newer, one as i think the newer ones all have yokes there. I've seen a couple of threads where the frames have been replaced. One was 14 months old i think as well.
  8. Try again, the join line is a couple of inches along under the logo
  9. Yeah man. Pretty sure i answered last time. If i didn't tell you then, i'm telling you now. Add me to msn (krisboats@hotmail.com) and let me know who you are and i'll inform you of any rides we decide to go on... which is most weeks really.
  10. You got an epson printer by anychance? You can do pics with multiple A4 pictures in the settings bit for epsons print options.
  11. Well, finally got my bike at a reasonable spec, and now have a nice new rear wheel, so i thought i'd stick some pics up.
  12. So frames like the GU aren't able to? Anyone think it could give them frame a little more spring when doing front taps?
  13. It was a joke, lighten up. Its not like i was lying, skinny arms and protruding shoulder blades ***!!!
  14. After seeing my friends brand new viz stem snap in under a week last year i wouldn't touch viz parts with a bargepole. Especially as he was only small and couldn't gap very far.
  15. Still loads easier to just get a friend to help. Didn't need too much force when we were both going for it, it slowly eased its way off quite smoothly. I reckon you should just get down to the gym a bit more, you look quite scrawny
  16. Yeah, you can! away, because i saw the thread with the original picture in

Wicked video, as always. I wish i had my bolts for my pro 2, i wanna go out and ride now.
  18. When i had to get jonny's freewheel off his crankarm it took a vice and both me and the LBS owner before it would come off. Did come off though... ergo, cheapest method is to find a friend

    Brain Damage

I'm mr 2 minutes 29 seconds (after loading bay frontflip kid).
  21. If its strong glue hot water takes an awfully long time. Stick them in the oven and keep trying to get them out every 3-4 minutes while they are heating up. Should be able to pop them out easy enough and not affect the pad material. Be careful with the rimjam backing though, plastic ones get hot, metal ones really hurt!

    Stairs

I would like a run up of about 4-6feet if it was really steep. Otherwise it would be SERIOUSLY hard work
