    Stairs

You can think i'm bullshitting all you want, but i HAVE done it. The stairs weren't at 45 degrees because thats not usually an angle that stairs are built at, and as for height... well it was 2 sets of 10-12 steps with a small 2-3 foot long break in the middle of them. 45 dgree angle stair sets are the kind of things you find in castle towers round the winding stair cases.

    Stairs

You lean forwards the same way you don on a trials bike. Plus the front end is generally fairly heavy so it won't loop out. Stick it in a low gear, make sure your chain isn't gonna snap and get pedalling. Its as simple as that.

    Stairs

On a good full suser it is entirely piossible yes. It doesn't even really feel like your riding up stairs... more sort of a hill with a few protruding tree roots. The bikes are quite heavy though, so riding up hills in general is quite tiring, but yes... it can easily be done.
  4. My dmr used to do that... once it starts its on its way out. Mine used to last around 3 weeks before it started dying again. Good thing is though, they have a 2 year warranty, which folloshly covers trials riding. Take it to a local DMR dealer (distributor list on dmr site) and they'll fit a new freehub system for just the cost of labour.
  5. Carbon bolts: "these bolts have a proven higher yeld strength than steel! Although they are lighter than aluminium..." Sounds alright... if yield strength means snapping strength :$
  6. Stategic use of his shadow there... make the lump a bit less obvious Looks rank really, can't see the lump having much of a purpose... use it as a seat when facing backwards?
  7. Ha ha! Your going to a studio to get your bikes photo'd FAGS! Theres no need to rent a studio because all you have is a poor camera phone that you can't hold still. Borrow a digi cam off a mate/relative. Anyway, enough of taking the piss. I thought you might be able to pull off all the blue, but now its built up... i've changed my mind. It looks far too over the top, the blue cables really seal it for me. Its like their joke bikes, rather than being built because thats how youy want them. And about the chains, he can say whatever he wants. Enough people on here have used them before, and know their weak as hell.
  8. But will last about 1/1327482 of the time an 07 will.
  9. Not if you have as few posts as you do
  10. You made me wish i hadn't bought my rim from selectbikes
  11. It was aimed at the OP not you. Besides, my feet were 15 when i was 14. Defeated the whole acting your age not your shoe size idea

    Ebay Scam?

Pretty much exactly what i'd say too.
  13. Its a bit like J-lo, the front angles are nice, but the rear could be better. Again, like j-lo... it looks like it'd be fun to ride.
  14. I also never used superglue in mine, didn't see the need. Never had a pad fall out.
  15. Ha ha, pansie. I'm size 15 , hognesiums because their light. I don't worry about the width of my pedals, and my feet overhang on all three sides of the pedal. If i can ride fine with massive feet i'm sure you can.
  16. I bloody hope so, i just ordered one for my rex
  17. Plug the cable from your speaker socket on the computer to the microphone one. You never know... it might work lol. Just download it from a pirate place? EDIT: my bad, not out on pirate yet .
  18. My dream power stealers are giant rats, or in noe case, it was coathangers
  19. Thats great news, cheers dude!
  20. Ouch, looked very painful indeed.
  21. Briefly considered it yesterday, i don't really see why i couldn't. I would like to think that a painted canvas of say rocky balboa would sell for more than the printed counterparts, which already go for prices i'd be more than happy with. I guess i'll have to make a couple and find out
  22. The fact he's been banned for a week because of something that insignificant makes it come across as arrogant. The way it comes across is that the person who banned him saw the post and fitted it to a rule and banned him, like their trying to show that you can be banned very easily should they want you to be, a form of superiority complex if you like. Which IS arrogant. Theres hundreds of posts on the forum that could be categorized as spam, yet i've never seen or heard of anything being done about it. Yet in this case, he was given the final bit of warning for a week ban. Not just a 10% warning on top of say 30% (which is quite childish still), but for the final bit to ban someone, its way beyond childish. Dave's post afterwards is simply re-inforcing how it comes across, a sarcastic piss take at the fact he's been banned for a week. I'm not saying thats what it is, but thats the way it seems to come across. It seems as though someones seen this post and jumped at the chance of banning him.
  23. Because their paintings . The photoshop thing was only supposed to be an example, as i hadn't gotten any paintings done yet that were riding related. Its just a quick way of showing someone what the finished image will look like, rather than them having to try and fully imagine it themselves. Doing the pics in photoshop and having them printed out on a canvas isn't art, its just tacky. Got a couple to get done tomorrow, will post up pics of them when their done.
