Thanks for the comments, yeah i have been to hawks nest a couple of times, mainly for the Gasgas test day though, good little venue and they have put all the rocks in at the bottom now aswell

Hi everyone, Iv Applied for a course at Uni that needs 280 Ucass point but im only headin for 240, possibly as low as 200!! I was wondering how strict they with there Ucas points, will they only take people with 280 or will they still consider people with less points if the course isnt full? Has any one else not got enough points but has still been allowed in?? Iv tried ucas faq's etc but cant find anything.

The rear try-all tyre, it has thick side walls to prevent pinch punctures, it is very grippy on natural and street, the drag off them when new is immense! They also last for a reasonable amount of time. Overall they are a good rear tyre but slightly more pricey than some of the others. I have recently invested in some Echo tyres (mainly because they are cheaper and im on a bit of a budget) but as i expected the side walls arent as thick and they dont seem to be lasting as long, but they are great for street! So it basically boils down to how much you are willing to spend, at the end of the day any tyre will do.

This might be slightly off topic, i dont really know much about HD camcorders, but have you considered mini DV camcorders? You can pick a quality one up from £200-£350, sony make some decent ones, also tapes are fairly cheap and all of the video can be copied straight over to your computer for editing, its just another option but i understand you might just want to be making HD dvds etc so again i apologize if its slightly off topic, its just another option saving you money

The try-all mod rims are fairly decent in my experience, ive been running them for a few years, they have took abuse, drops, rimming out on sharp edges etc along with grinds, but obviously eventually they will need replacing like anything, so in answer to your question yes the try-all rim is a fair one.

Yes All those riders make it look so easy!! it is not, its very difficult, nothing liek on a push bike because the rear shock just soaks all of you lift up!

Ok well the 26" kid has only had the bike a month and he hasnt got the right bars and stem for it yet, also his freewheel is a conversion kit for downhilling and only has 18 engagements! when he sorts it out he will be able to improve

Yeah, when he lost grip on that log after doing that shed roof bit perfectly! when he came back from the yellow skips, he jumped up and down in anger, we all wanted him to win soo much! Dibs ride on the yellow skips was brilliant, just shows how good the ride wasseeing as raga, dougie and cabastany all failed it!
