Hi, i would say the best shoes i have ridden in are my try all shoes. nice and comfy. i have had them for a few years now and are still in one piece. they are pretty flexible and have no recognizable tread on the bottom but they grip on the rock i ride on.

dont get 1,i cracked n snapped 3 of um on the chainstays within 8 months. supercycles were good and replaced them everytime,but i'd keep away if u can . -
