  2. I'm interested in taking engineering at uni (civil is what im interested in) but i dont have maths at a level (im taking physics). So basically id have to go through the foundation year route... How many of you have done this, and what did you think of it? Was your course 4 or 5 years? Thanks. Thinking of manchester, southampton, birmingham...
  3. Keep your king! Mine is awesome i absolutely love it ^_^ . No point in going FFW and getting a weaker freewheel system that you cant service as easily.

  9. Hey guys, just bought some azonic double wall bars, after looking at DH reviews they seem pretty strong. How many of you have used them for trials and were there any problems? I got them at a decent price so im happy anyway. Cheers. Noz.

  13. No plaz pads arent the same as zoo. Zoo pads are rubbish from my experience... plazzies are well good on a grind, as are koxx bloxx browns. I'm using these at the moment and my brake is awesome :P .

  19. I'm thinking of doing one of these aswell, if theyre not too expensive. I'd practice all the time afterwards and probably get insured on my mums car.. I just wanna get driving asap.

    A Few Pics Of Me

Havent put any pics of me riding on here in ages and these are the only half decent ones i have :- enjoy: Bollard gaps in oxford. Gap outside garage in oxford. Drop gap Let me know what you think :ermm:
  22. Using threadlock (loctite) works the same, and means you can service the freewheel aswell. Do that :ermm:
  23. If the long RB TPA bolt has reached the master piston, and is pushing it in, then the only reason why your pads arent moving is the bleed. If its not reaching the master piston, screw it in more :ermm: About the bottoming out, i had the exact same problem and ended up just selling my rb lever. I think the only solution is to have the pads quite far from the rim, and screw the TPA bolt in so much that the main lever big (that holds the brass threaded bit) doesnt hit the side of the master cylinder. The pads sahould move instantly when you pull the lever (if its pushing the master piston). If not, its the bleed basically. What are you bleeding with? id recommend water, and clean all of the bits seperately first. And like jon said above, take the seal bit out and give it all a good clean.
  24. I learnt to balance on the backwheel by first doing an endo, then pulling all your weight back and hopping on the back wheel to keep your balance. Takes some time and practice but it can be done in your back garden or wherever. Also practice bunny hopping up walls and things like that so you dont get bored just trying to improve your back wheel balance. You'll get there in the end, try counting how many back hops you can do and improve by 5 or something every day.
