I dont think my cranks are fooked though? It just wobbles a little bit. I got my cranks from dan ko aswell.

Hey all... just got bought some 2nd hand echo cranks with 18t chainring, bash and VP BB, and ive noticed the chainring wobbles slightly from side to side when i spin the cranks. The bb and cranks are tight. I dont think its a problem though - as i had the same problem on one of my old bikes with 2 sets of cranks - just wondering why this happens? Anyone know? Charz. Noz.

The t-bird is 24:18 and most mod riders use 18:12, with front freewheel, or with a freehub (e.g profile). I use a profile with 12t and an 18t front sprocket

Dunno whether to get reds or greens now :turned: . Greens are cheaper and last longer, and i do quite a lot of front wheel rolling moves so maybe theyre best... Need to order 'em today too nozman.

Just noticed....thats a link to the green pads and they dont have reds for a hope mini :o (Y) Edit: found some on bonthrone bikes though :( good old froogle.

My brake never seemed to work a while ago until i tried one of tartys grinds when i bought a rim off him - and it honked like a bee-hatch. I used to do sorta file-like grinds before...where it feels really deep. But tartys felt different, and it feels a lot more 'grippy' but not as harsh - so maybe its the grind? I'm now grinding like that and my brakes work fine - same pads etc etc.

Cheers guys, found some for £13. I've been looking and most reviews say they wear down fast though (but obviously for DH, XC etc.) - how long should i expect them to lost for trials? Need to replace my hope disc pads as they got contaminated and i burned them on the hob for a little too long... :angry: so the compound came off the backing. Nozman.

Great....my lbs have decided to put a helicoil in all of them, m6 size, without telling moi so now theyre all m6 and i have to drill out my echo team booster, get new spacers, drill out mounts, etc. etc. etc. mother f*ckers!
