Hey all... was just taking my brake off and it was really really stiff, when id managed to takeit fully off, i found that a bit of the helicoil in one of the mounts has come out (Y) . Heres the piccy... Do you think its fixable? If not what else can i do? Just tap to another size, or can another helicoil be put in? My lbs did it and i really dont know why its ripped out... Hey all, just making a site and im using an iframe. Basically, in my internet explorer (but not in firefox which is strange), theres a horizontal scroller and vertical scroller for the iframe, no matter how much text, or the size of the frame. I need the vertical scroller there, but i need to get rid of the horizontal one. I realise theres a tag for getting rid of scrolling (SCROLLING="no") but is there a way to get rid of just horizontal scrolling? Thanks. Noz.

Hey all, I'm trying to fix up my sisters PC at the mo and i think its got a few viruses on it. Basically, im trying the run a norton virus scan but windows seems to keep going back to the logon screen - might be something to do with power saving or something...and its on a laptop. Is there any way i can change this, does anyone know? Cheers. Noz.

On norton, try clicking the threat name when its found it in a scan, and it should say a manual way to delete it :blink: . Or search for the name of the file in google.

I use newsgroups - pay £3 a month for newzbin.com listings, very very very fast, and good selection of stuff on there. And also bit-torrent using azureus on: bi-torrent.com, torrentspy.com, and torrentreactor.net (best one imo).

Hey all, just got a shoutcast plugin for winamp from http://www.shoutcast.com - where you can host your own 'radio' basically, to other listeners. Anyone else use it? if not.... get down to shoutcast.com and set one up! My radio is at http://62.254.147.148:8000/listen.please if you want to listen. I'll turn it on in a bit. I'm thinking of doing engineering aswell >_< and im in year 12 atm. I recently completed a crest engineering course called EESE (engineering education scheme in england) and it was quite interesting :turned: went to southampton university for 3 days and it was the celebration day last thursday in rutherford appleton lab and i recieved a gold crest award for my project (N) Basically we got set a problem and had to fix it by doing research and then either actually making something, or designing. Then the solution actually gets used which is good. In my case i made an electronic circuit - voltage reference unit, ofr use on a septum magnet at a synchrotron in rutherford. You then make a project report, and do a presentation in front of some engineers and assessors to try and get a bronze, silver or gold award. Was quite enjoyable looking back at it - i dont know what year your in at the moment, but if your school gets involved in it, give it a go! Good for universitys and job interviews etc. in the future. Don't really know much about engineering degrees though :D Nozman. He's just saying that its not a highly paid job in general, and around £120k is the top-of-the-line sorta salary. When compared to lawyers, barristers etc. its not that well paid.

Just measured and from centre of bolt -> centre of bolt on opposite stay, its around 99mm - so it should fit....just... I'll measure more accurately tomorrow though. Edit: Damn just realised theres only 42mm from top bolt to edge :- wont fit.

I think i'm pretty healthy, i eat right...maybe not enough fruit n veg...and ive never drank alcohol. I don't smoke except the odd shisha, and i feel quite fit :) also get a lot of exercise. I think cannabis does cause mental problems.... my sister works in a hospital as a psychologist and she says that a huge amount of people she works with (psychotics, highly paranoid people...) have had an addiction to cannabis, or have smoked cannabis and then gone onto more dangerous drugs... either way its not good for you anyway! I really dont agree with getting drunk either, i dont drink at all but getting drunk every weekend really cant be good for your body...
