I want something to practice on in my garden trials-wise but dont have any palletes/spools etc and nowhere to get them from (Y) so im just wondering if anyone has built a mini trials course in there back garden and how they did it. I'm thinking ill just make quite a high box out of wood or something, just for a bit of practice. Post pics if youve done anything like this! Nozzy.

Wouldn't it be possible to make a QR style skewer but with allen key bolts? So one screws into the other? Or a long skewer through the middle threaded on each side and then you can put nuts on the end or something like that.

I like 'deeper meaning' hip hop, like gang starr, nas, dead prez etc. not really fan of commercial hip hop, but i do like a few catchy tunes. And also old skool like a tribe called quest and de la soul. And i dont like garage at all.

Revise (Y) just dont waste any time, and nstead of watching tv or something, do revision. Also start early and just revise for about an hour a day a long way away from the exams. Don't worry about it though, its easy (Y) . I wish i revised more for my GCSEs because then i'd be better at my a levels now....i dont even really know how to revise properly. In my GCSEs i got 1 a in maths, 7 bs, 3 cs and 1 d in tech. I revised for maths (i enjoyed it) but nothing else.

I don't really have a clue what one is, but in my mind i think of it as the opposite of a normal star...all the matter gets sucked into the centre, crushed and explodes etc.

Snail cams are excellent (Y) . I only just started using them as my bmx tensioner rubbed on my old rear hub, and they are very easy to set up and adjust. I use montys (in my monty frame) but for a t-pro frame i think you'll need echos because of the longer dropouts. Noz.

I just use a mallet to whack my cranks off... I've put copper slip grease on the BB axle so i just give them one big whack and theyre off (Y)

Jihad is only allowed if acted in self defense, as i explained earlier...not just randomly muslims killing other religions (Y) . Murder is one of the deepest sins in islam, and so is suicide etc. and dying/killing for your religion is strictly forbidden unless there is no other option. And about being slaves to Allah.....isnt that the same as all religions? You are born, you 'work' for your God, and you die....pretty much being a slave. Could say that about the whole world aswell...you're born into it, you work for the system, you die.

Jihad does not mean killing someone to gain entrance to heaven! I can't even imagine what would happen if that was true, every Muslim i have met (thats half my family, and absolutely loads more people) wouldnt hurt a fly. Jihad is NOT holy war. And saying that when suleman comes at the end of the world, all the muslims will go to heaven, is the same as another holy book saying that "all believers of me will go to heaven, and the rest to hell", it doesnt mean that muslim people are going to go and kill people does it! Fair enough you'd rather have a religion that says everyone gets into heaven, but i cant even think of one.

And about the muslims who drink - they are the people i dont agree with at all. If they do things like that then they are not practicing muslims in my mind.

That's a good idea i'll probably do that sometime, when i get a larger hard drive. I use a program called 'Partition magic' for partitions corish, but its not free (unless you umm...download it (Y) ).

But jihad does not mean 'holy war', so how has it been declared? Jihad is known to mean 'battling with the demons' or similar...basically struggling to fight away the bad things in life and fighting temptation to maintain peace. The term 'Jihad' in arabic means 'To Struggle'. I can't think of anything more racist than killing someone because they are of a different religion either, and it does happen, with all religions, but its a harsh world. Look at the war in iraq for instance. Why did the americans attack iraq? There is no link to 9/11 there and no weapons of mass destruction, yet SO many innocent iraqi's die. There are extremist muslims and lots of types, but to be honest i dont class those who kill (the terrorists) as muslims. I suppose different muslims have different beliefs in a way, and i think that islam should be a peaceful religion. About saudi arabia - i think your just full of media hype. There are a few police in the extremist parts of saudi where the police force is especially harsh, but it is not like that at all, and is a very nice peaceful country in actual fact. You havent been there, you havent seen a saudi police beating up someone for not going to prayer...so how can you justify that? If you really want to learn about Islam, i suggest you read the quran or look online for views on islam and see for yourself what its all about. I know you hate muslims (i think you said you shouted it in a bar in one of your other posts...well done for that, you should be proud) but maybe if you look at the different views on Islam you'll think differently. Anyway thats me done......you obviously dont know much and are just repeating what a 'muslim guy' is saying and probably exagerating it. Noz.
