Now ordered a new driver shell, new springs, axle cone spacer and another lockring as a spare. Now i should be sorted! ^ Got all that for £60 including postage which isnt bad :ermm:

Everytime ive used LHm its been totally rubbish...lever return was so slow i'd let go of the lever and the pads would sorta gloop back in. Happened every time i bled, was all clean and everything. I say magura oil, WD40/GT85, or water. I personally use water. Noz.

Lockrings sorted now :mellow: found another unfixable problem! lol....getting a new driver without bearings, springs, etc for £40 though. Its rideable at the mo but skips like a mo fo as a bit of sticky out metal near one of the pawls is coming off... and im a little worried about my face. Noz.

Got my lockring today :ermm: and also my new bearings. Profile seemed to have sent me a way beefier lockring.... Its the same spanner size as the old one though - which i measured at 36mm :mellow: . I'll take my lockring up to my lbs etc and see if they have a lockring spanner of that size. Cheers. Noz. Oh and i might buy some loctite.........does anyone have anyreasons for not loctiting the lockring onto the driver? speak now! :(

You cant just bleed with a syringe, you need the 2 tubes supplied with the bleed kit.

Could try getting some 2nd hand forks? Havent seen any echo team forks selling but ive seen monty x-lites go for £50 which is a v good deal (N) . Keep a lookout and im sure you'll find a good deal. Noz.

The x-alp/hydra forks are good, very strong and stiff but also quite heavy. Best budget fork though. I wouldnt bother with lite guys to be honest as they wont last. However, if i were you i'd get some echo team forks for £70. Theyre the top mod forks along with monty x-lites priced at £110 (which are MINT).

I'm after some 165mm middleburns for my mod and i use a profile with a 12t driver so im after an 18t cog for up front. Can you get 18t chainrings for middleburns? Danke, Nozman.
