You shouldnt need to cut it to the angle really, just cut it down so that the botom of the steerer is at the top of the low bit of the stem angle. Do as JTM said aswell, just check all the bolts etc. Noz

Best to take the bars out of them stem (use a chisel to open the stem more so the bars fit through, and use lots of baby oil). Check the stem for any burrs etc., make sure theres no cracks or stress marks etc.

I don't wear gloves anymore but i used to use Qranc gloves which were pretty ace. Got them at a very good price of £10 from Broadribbs (Bicester/leamington) and theyre nice and comfortable, and still light for summer riding. I've had 3 pairs, each lasting around 2-3 months. I've not tried out too many gloves but they are the best ive used. Noz.

I suppose the PS2 is OK, but its nothing fancy to be honest. Does look cool though. xbox just has everything - no memo cards, internet, put your own music on the hard drive etc. Just so much more technology in the xbox.

I've had a wireless network (with router and PCI card) for a few months now and its worked OK but i seem to have a few problems with it. It sometimes disconnects, and there are no networks on the server list. I then have to repair the connection to get it back up again. Its not so bad its just annoying. It also seems to go down quite often...when im playing CS my ping sometimes goes to around 2000, then goes a bit lower, until its back to normal. I'm using a linksys router and netgear PCI card (both top quality components) and i have no prioblems downstairs where the router is wired to the PC. Is this basically just a disadvantage of having wireless? My pc isnt too far away from the rotour and my signal strength is usually good or very good. Thanks. noz.

I meant that the gamecube has more childish sort of games, like platformers and stuff, which are fun! And xbox and ps2 have more serious games in general (which are good in the way that they are fast, good graphics, etc)

It says on xbox-linux that they dont open your xbox, only do a software modification which can be deleted/disabled from the hard drive.

Had the most fun on my old sega master system when i was younger. Got an xbox now and its alright but i get bored of new games pretty easily, theyre trying to make them too realistic and less 'gamey'. I think the gamecube is the funnest next gen console out, for proper games.
