  13. yo dude! i am dale 15 i like my bike, dry weather and spagetti hoops. welcome to the forum familly
  14. best wear rate would probably be koxx browns i have them on y front brake with a grind and they still have loads of life left, i had them on the back of my bike for a few months and swapped them to the front about a month ago. i use plazmatic crm pads on the back which are great and most people are wrong about them not working in the wet mine are great in the rain, mud, sloppy stuff and everything else that lessens the perfomance.
  15. my mate has a gu and another one has a zoo!, i would go for the gu as it rides nicer and is easier on the backwheel because of the high BB rise.
  16. the nastiest thing i have riden through is a dead pigeon, it was split wide open and i ended up with blood and guts on me and me bike, it stank a lot worse than shite of any form.
  17. I have on the inside of my grips to stop them falling down the bars and i have strapped me ?derrialier? up with it
  18. my mate made sum grips out of pipe insulation and insulation tape as an emergancy bodge! I dont do bodging on my bike if i can help it, i am a bit of a ponse about that realy.
  19. I agree my mate has them on his jump bike and they lock like an hs33 brilliant brake
  20. As the title what do you think? possibly koxx as an over rated one for me. base ta26 as under rated I dont know how i have put two topics on! sorry.
  21. A Hope Hub is probably the best value and easiest to look after, it is unbleivably easy to service one, so that would be the better one probably. Though kings have more pimp value they are also quite expensive. I have a hope mono and when i look after it properly and service it when it needs it, it rarely skips also if it does properly knacker up if you send it back to hope they usually sort it out free of charge.
  22. I am Dale Ramplee i ride an onza t-rex i have been riding two years and not progresing very well. I have hope hubs, echo rear rim, tensiles(soon to be middleburns) carbon bars. I like spaghetti hoops and bacon. I dont like chavs or dance music and im spent.
  23. Luckily all i have snaped is many chains and a few mech hangers and a few freewheels have snapped in half for me and the cage off some vp pedals. I have cracked my tensiles two weeks ago though. I have also bent some tuff guy forks.
  24. I rekon you Should get some onza carbon risers as i use them and they are shit hot. i have the 28" long ones which are good for street as its easier to x-up etc. if you do more natural get the 30" long ones as ballance is a lot easier i find. :turned:
