Yes. With a grind don't bother, i have rode twice with mine and the are nearly worn out. I changed to a rim that has a dead grind now and they are staying a bit longer. Lock and hold well though.

I went for about 3 weeks without, I had many similar effects and was a far more relaxed person. However when I got round to having one it wasnt really very good. andy is correct. Surprisingly. To ask someone else's opinion on how it rides could prove fatal, andy has a gu, I think it feels like shit but he loves it. How something rides is purley down to you. However the other zoo! Pythons that have been kicking around for a good few years seem to be strong, light weight and well made so I doubt they would change it to be shit heavy and weak.

Haha, Ryan Smith has helped it down a bit further aswell you know. Its actually worse than that now.

The brain is great, If I get on another bike with a normal float on after being out on that they feel like jelly, and feel quite unresponsive under heavey pedaling. Theres only a delay if you go off smooth ground streight into a load of bumps, down gravel tracks and through woodlands there is allways a bit of movement in it but its solid on the roads etc.

I think your on we the right idea, the whole lever body goes up and down to shift gear but I thought that roadies went side to side because of the drop handlebars.

Specialized Epic s-works, Hope xc's, XT groupset, them spazzy leavers that go up and down to change gear, mavic rims, it now has dmr v12 pedals, ea70 stem, easton carbon bars, specialized 'brain' float, bomber marathon forks. Usually jeans, mainly because I dont own a pair of trackie bottoms and partly because I worship jeans! I do like to ride in shorts but I dont have many and i allways end using em on the xc bike so they are just thrown streight back into the wash. My shoes vary,I have four pairs of shoes I ride in: 2 Pairs of duffs, one pair is used more than the other 1 Pair of oold vans, they used to be used all the time but are a bit too crusty from all the xc abuse they get 1 Pair of Hugo Boss trainer type things, the grip they off is amazing the bottom of then is very thin and is just horizontal groves all the way accross but its rare I wear these as they look a bit daft.

To me 'chav' clothing is any sort of designer make that isnt hundreds of pounds fo a t-shirt, say £30-£40 for a t-shirt wich is perfectly fine paying but what makes it chavvy to me is there being a huge label on it and I mean massive like all the way accross the chest or something. All designer clothing I have has the tiniest little lable hidden away somewhere inconspicuos and rarley can even be seen. To me designer clothes are for the design not the designer.

Sorry to rob your topic but, I have a Hope XC and my back wheel usually does this, the wheel is true but under heavey pedaling or hard turning the wheel rubs on my frame. My skewer is tight so i dunno whats going on.

My frame is just bare metal, I polish it we a bit of brasso every now and then because the colour goes a bit dull, apart from that aslong as its alu then should be fine.
