how do you break the green bit off....?

is it possible to take the actual bearing cartridge off of the bottem bracket with out damaging it .... if so i will.

Ive had my try-all bb for about 3 months now, i have a problem......it feels soooo crap when i spin the cranks, its like really bumpy and its just soooo un smooth. Is there anyway i can sort this problem out.......? Thanks Dan

Yer its a school down fareham called Ranvilles junior school which is good fun, and about 100 yards away there is the ranvilles infant school which is again good to ride... about a 5 - 10 min ride from fareham train station...........

It feels perfect when on the backwheel, nice balancing point. The geometry over all is lush...not sure how strong it is though, hope it is strong .... +35 bb ) 1075 wheelbase ) just for you lazy people lol 380 chainstays )
