  1. id have too say that the link below was my worst bail: my worst bail happend a good 2 almost three years ago now when i was a yound boy of only 16. needless too say rocks hurt if you dont jump high enough
  2. i work in mcdonalds during the day *get in* and at night time im a professional door superviser(or a bouncer as most of you would call us) this is the best job ever ohh and what wright pads said a few posts up is true
  3. alrite folks, i was just wondering what jobs some of you do for a living...
  4. thank you, my point exactly. and again last night i beat a mitsubishi pajero of the line too 30 last night untill his turbo kicked in in second and i raced a 1.6 scrot round town and beat him simply because i could get round the corner faster and boot it form the lower revs. plus he had his whole fat chav cru in the back lol. and yeah, hollar back too the hatch massive
  5. i knew id get some shit posted for that but yeah im quietly confident that i can beat most cars up too 20, just because of its size. probably not ones with engine mods, but yeah the majority of cars up too 20-30 i can and have. and too the bloke who said hatches are king, around town thats so tru. from point too point town racing (basically traffic light too traffic light racing those who dont know) hatches rule. any more serious racing over longer distances youll get pissed on. but most of the time you can embarres alot of larger cars ohh and bucky tight van. id get one only if it wasnt diesel, say if it had the 2ltr redtop in it, ohh yes
  6. i know from raggin around in my mates standard one that they can go preety quick, but fukin hell if youve got 110bhp outta that thats good goin nice one at the moment im rocking my standard 1.2 8v clio but its r reg, r/c/l, s/r, air con, e/w and with no-one else in it i can beat most cars on the street too 20-30, after that they piss all over me but i dont matter cus ive beaten them off the line muahahha . im hopefully gettin insured on an astra mk3 1.6 i but well see. my mates just got his calibra 4x4 turbo modified so i go with him or other cars that my mates have got.
  7. to be honest i dont really ride trials too much, and i only ride with two other people who i would know anyway so it wouldnt make that much of a difference. id still be cruising and most probably street racing in my car and not my mates. id proably be mountain boarding or still trying street riding. but not much would have changed apart form i would still have a nose and no facial scars! infact come to think of it, trials has fuked up my life more than helping it lol. ahh well so yeah id be cruising, racing and fighting more. and i would have started boxing or serious weight lifting and body building alot earlyer than i have which is summit that i regret
  8. ok heres the real way, as this is how we get mods and send them out where i used too work undo the stem and eep it atteched too the bars take of the pedals take out the front wheel and put the left hand cran arm through the wheel (too keep tight in transit and save space) hten make sure u get some industrial plumming foam (im sure u know the grey stuff) and cellotape this too the bottom of the forks so if/when dropped it doesnt f**k them up . then go too your local bke shop pref in a car and ask for an old box or even a new box for them too save when they bring a bike over so u can put it straight in. then put the bike in and the bars and stem too one side. the peddle cellotape together then put them in the box wedged in! so they dont scratch the frame if you dont have any buble wrap (please DONT use) or cardboard . good luck mate and hope it doesnt get damamged
  9. lies, all lies. you can get a fully built bike for deffo, whether you can get the frame is a different matter. i should think that you can. either ring 01476 574268 which is the cycle sport main shop and ask about tri-state or ring 01476 590550 which is the cycle sport bmx mail order department. your probably better of ringing these guys (either dan or phill) and asing them and they should be able too give you more info about it all. or check www.cyclesportltd.com if its working. or altenatively you can come down too the shop in grantham lincolnshire and talk too the nice folks there but its probably a trek from where you live good luck
  10. as suggested allready, you can either grind the axle down or file the frame. in my opinion please dont file the frame, it'll just piss you off and in the future youll regret it when getting a new wheel (upgrading etc), and plus you wanna damage your new frame as little as possible. good luck mate
  11. ok many many probs too many stacks and bails, but probs the worst one is in my sig (dont head but rocks or something) horrific pic even though it was taken 3 days after the op. wish i had it on cam though but i was on my own. not fun kids and very very scary shit
  12. hey mate. ok first things first if u want prossibly a slightly biased opinion about the raven contact grantham cus he is sponsered by them . ok second thing is when i rode his it doesnt like being on 2 wheels, it was made to be on the back wheel and bloody hell does it stay there . altho im not the best of riders ( see my sig if u dont believe me lol) i could hop this almost as good as my 20". its alot of fun but i have too say even at 6 ft 2/3" myself i thought that this beast was long(the bike that is lol). but at around the same height as me you should be alrite. i was tempted by the raven frame but as i dont ride 26 not much point to be honest lol. anyway if you need anymore help either pm patt (whose grantham) or reply in here or just go to the bt website (www.btbikes.com im sure uve got it just making sure) good luck andy
  13. no offence but you posted a topic about emo and im sure theres been other topics about it so cant really have ago at the guy
  14. haha some of the replys in here are priceless. some of my mates are emo and one of them even admits to being scene(an extreme versian of emo where the cloths are even more tighter than ever thought and their black hair at an extreme sweep to right side of their face ). to be honest though i find it deeply discompferting the fact that people find it funny and cool and yes do even run a points system on how many guys they have kissed (yep these are "men") and how tight their girls jeans are(buying them form new look and other girls shops!) only three words can describe this homo phenominon just plain WRONG!
  15. yeah i would say that it does. i ride a prodigy ( no jokes please) and im 6ft 2/3 and i often get pains in the top of my back and end up walking like im from Notre damn lol. but even if you can afford a new bike even things likes stems and some bars have helped me. but buying a larger frame is something to definately look at in the future
  16. to be honest buddy id wait till next wee and go to your local bike shop and getting them to bleed it for you as i have seen it first hand (sales assistant and juniour mechanic!) waht can happen when people try bleeding brakes themselves. they can loose all sorts of things, these can be replaced but its all money which could be saved. how about do what i do. go out with your mates but take you brake of untill it can get fixed so that way you can still go out and you keep your brake safe :) . works for me on my bikes when something goes wrong
  17. yes yes i do. im glad to hear that your alright buddy but there a sooo many other posts about chavs on here that i feel that you could have posted in one of them instead of starting a new thread. either way im glad too hear that youll be gettin some compensation and that you went the right way about things by going through the police instead of going vigilante on his burberry ass.
  18. haha no i spotted that and was a little :- . anyway what i found helped although i still cat drop for poo, was to get on a kerb and see how low i can get the front end so i learn the technique of dropping the front without the risk of bailing. it also allows you to get rght to the edge as there is a deffinate edge...if that makes sense, either way after nearly 2 years of trying (my ghad ive only just realised :) ) im still poo. but good luck
  19. personally i dont like pashley. im sure the quality of the bikes is very good but when i ordered the street/jump bike which they were making i had to ring up from my shop and find out if it was still being made as it was past the delivery that that they had previously given us. we got no info what seo ever from the company and never heard anything again. personally i dont like the company and their admin, but thats just me.
  20. got a fair bit of try all stoof on it. but to be honest looks a bit crap (Y) , ahh well when i win the lottery ill probs still buy one lol :S :S and i suppose it could be good training for wee munchkins before there allowed real trials bikes or in like the peek district? (Y) i just dont really see the point can anyone else shed some light as too what they have been specifically designed for?
  21. to be honest i think your gonna struggle fella. the best bet is to try ebay because there were some new frames on there but for more than your budget im affraid , and are you going to be selling your t-pro frame?
  22. ahaha :) , im surprised that they acctually fitted. good find
  23. wow wow wow, lets not bring in da-bomb bikes into this debate, no matter how shite they are. i think the main word in the quote above was 'crappy'. mission prodigy bikes arnt designed to be the best of trials bikes, which is why you can pick up v brake and maggie ones on ebay for as little as £50.00 sometimes. i still stand by my judgement that if your on a budget and your a beginner then its a good bike t have especially if its second hand and cheap. and one more thing most pro riders would be albe to do almost the same level on trials on a well set up t-pro as a well set up mission, its all about getting used to your bike. and just out of interest did you seethe 2005 range for da-bomb? andy
