If I had somewhere to stay for the weekend I'd be game Would love to come take a stack of photos, especially if the weather's set to be nice!
-
Down Devon/Plymouth way would be rather cool, although I have the issue of somewhere to stay as it's about 4 hours on the train from me! Portsmouth would be right on my doorstep, I also like the sound of Worthing, Southampton etc... It's all good though!

My condolences go out to all those who knew him... It's never a good thing when someone loses their life, especially in such circumstances so close to all of of us everyday. Another rider that will be missed as we all ride on... Rest in Peace Matthews, keep on riding wherever you are.

Ok so I may be a photographer and/or street rider, but you may find me tagging along on a bike that looks like this: Stop me and talk if you're interested in photos, eh.

Some may know me as a photographer, although recently I've not shot as many trials rides and events as I hoped I would. With the looming launch of www.mikedeere.co.uk I'm looking desperately to expand the number of trials photos in my portfolio, so if anyone in the South of England is organising a ride sometime soon or just wants some shit-hot (ok ok, so I lack modesty there!) photos, then I'm willing to do personal photos for free as a means of expanding my portfolio... I need some shit-hot trials moves to shoot! I'm on MSN if this tickles your fancy and you wish to contact me.

I'm up there the weekend after for the Epic Skatepark mountain bike Jam. I'll be photographing the event, and there should be lots more riders about that weekend. Maybe that would be a better weekend to hold such a ride?

Wow, I'm impressed. There's actually sensible questions on here! On the MBUK forum I get asked all sorts of common-sense rubbish! You guys rules, any questions swing them this way.

I'll be there armed with lots of shiny camera kit to record the evidence, officer. Providing I can be bothered to change over my back wheel and brake...

Sorry it's taken a while to upload all the photos, but I was riding/shooting in London all day yesterday. Anyhow, ALL the photos

Just nipped back from Jons to drop me camera off. Here's a photo of the turnout while I'm waiting for the rest to copy: More to follow! -
Now here's a common mis-conception kids. The number of Mega pixels a camera has, is NOT a good measure of the actual image quality. You're far better off with a smaller CCD that produces a sharper image, than a much larger CCD. Simple as.

Pretty much all of the iPod range are WAY over priced, and are actually much worse quality than people think. They have the highest failure rate per thousand of ANY mp3 player on the market, they have less features than other players, and cost more. So... are they really worth paying more for? To be honest, they'd be worth paying less for. As opposed to an iPod Mini, you'd be far better off with a Creative Zen Micro which has 5Gb capacity, is more sturdily built, sexier, sports a much better battery, has more features and can even record live radio. Not to mention it is also much cheaper.

I think you'll find that those innovations were first created by Epic games prior to Perfect dark, in the form of Unreal Tournament. On the other hand, that is a damn good mod.

Would you believe it! We bought one of the Cadburys Buttons cake mixes for my fiancee's birthday last year, and decided that'd we'd add a little something extra special into the mix. Of course, us being us wanted to go out, so we took it round to Wetherspoons early, and they let us have it there! So there we were, sat about in one of the countrys leading names in a cheap pubic house chain, getting stoned! The only thing funnier, is that one of my mates who is teetotal and never touched the slightest hint of anything 'bad' had a slice of the cake completely unaware! He then went off 'to do revision'... I wonder how he got on :turned:

That's pretty good, although it's only a small part of the legendary Saga of Bloodninja!!! So there's the rest for you guys to enjoy! :turned:

Sounds like you've installed two instances of one operating system. I take it when you boot up it gives a little menu where you can choose two options of Win XP? Well, it's quite simple, first of all determine which is the new one that you don't want, and delete it from your hard drive WHILST you are booted as per usual in the OTHER instance of XP. Then, find the file C:/boot.ini where there should be a line something like this: multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(1)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Microsoft Windows XP Professional" /fastdetect Except in your case there will be two instances, one indicating for each partition that you have XP installed. The one pointing to the one you just deleted, delete that line. For example: If you had XP installed on C: to start off with and when you re-installed XP was loaded to D: drive, you'd delete the WINDOWS folder on drive D, then delete the relevant line from boot.ini If that makes sense.

Mine is a little pixel style character of... ME! If you look closely, it blinks! :turned:
