  3. Hi there,

I'm going on a climbing trip to alicante in january and have decided to take my trials bike with me cos i always spy lines and get pissed off when i don't have a bike with me :-) I searched the forum and saw a bit where you mentioned alicante. Is there any obvious spots around about that area you could recommend? cheers, -Rab

  4. I am Oxford also, live just past Woodstock. I ride Oxford in the week mostly as I am in London most weekends these days or travelling to ride elsewhere. PM me your number etc as I will be riding next week some evenings. Cheers
  5. Phenomenal video... Had it all to be fair. Big well done to Danny, Dave, Inspired and Red Bull for treating us all to a video we won't forget.
  6. Sweet video that, good to see Mike and Vince ripping Buthiers up too!
  7. Really enjoyed that Ben, nice work!
  8. I used to just run a virtual machine on my macs which then had Windows XP or 7 on - best of both worlds. I don't like the dual boot as it means you have to restart the machine if you want to switch OS. VMware Fusion is a great example of a virtual machine, it just runs like an application thus, you can use 'spaces' to switch between the 2 OS's. Not an immediate fix I know, but Microsoft Office for mac is awful with loads of bugs. I have recently switched back to PC's at work after using Macs for over 3 years... Actually prefer PC now, Windows 7 is fairly decent...
  9. Haha It's quite scary how people can be naive sometimes to what sort of information Facebook and these social networking sites can potentially let out. Common procedures from some employers in office and management sectors use Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, Google, Linked In etc as a tool to find information out about there employee. You may think what has personal life got to do with professional life but, I know a few people now who have actually been made redundant from there jobs because they have posted Facebook status's about a co-worker, day time activities, night time activities and thoughts. I know now that after a job interview similar procedures can happen with using social networking sites to try and gain information. Facebook isn't that bad now if you set up your privacy settings properly though. This 'Facebook Places' thing again sounds like something that may have some cool uses, but lets out a lot of private information you may not be aware of or want to share openly.
  10. Cool beans Maxxie. Great day on Saturday thoroughly enjoyed it! Great to see some old and new faces as always and most importantly everyone brought together for Beau! Unfortunately couldn't make Sunday's ride, hope it was a great day for those who went
  11. It can take up to a week or two before it has gone through customs for international shipping and show on the tracking. Ah sorry, well it will be the same for France I imagine.
  12. I have had 2 frames on express delivery from Marino, both arrived within 2/3 weeks. Check the tracking code in a weeks time and it should be in the UK on it's way to you
  13. I tend to ride MK a fair bit during the week in the evenings. As said the 'grid system' (which to be fair is built primarily for Shopping) can get tedious quickly as most of it is exactly the same, there are however some great spots out of the central area but requires riding fair distances between places and are not lit up well/at all..... There is a great bunch of lads in MK though who ride often, get involved
  14. This sounds promising! What times and days will this be accessible for riding? presuming that it is private land of course.
  15. Nice one Maxxie, bloody good to see yer out and about again man!! have to get some rides on the go my son! Rich looks like a complete Bum at the end hahaha
