  1. The BB clicking might just be play in the threads, so whip it out, give everything a good greasing then stick it back together nice and snug. Alun
  2. Sorry, thats not true. I'm not addicted (in my opinion, as i can stop as I please, I go weeks sometimes without smoking and I am no different, I do not get 'cravings') and I still enjoy smoking at times which I choose to do so. As far as I'm aware, the ban is for enclosed/partially enclosed public places (correct me if this isn't true please, it's only what I've heard), which I think is a bit stupid, as people can smoke in the middle of a croud in the street, but not in an empty bus stop? Alun
  3. The Chair Game - Two people sitting on a chair, face each other, count to three then push back so you're on two legs and cick at the other person / their chair. Whoever falls back looses. Alun
  4. I think people tend to think disks work better in the wet as they actually dont get wet as easy compared to rims, which are closer to the ground/puddles etc. They get hotter aswell, so can dry quicker. Alun
  5. Do you have a spec 1 or 2? Spec 2 has sealed bearings, spec 1 does not. Alun
  6. Does the wheel move from side to side if you try to move it? Could just be the bearings loose... Alun
  7. Thats a universal puller, i.e non bike specific. The link posted earlier is specifically for bikes, which would be better ideally as they're smaller and easier to use in my opinion. You mentioned stripping the threads in your crank though, if it's the female thread in the same hole as where you bolt the crank on, then the bike specific pullers wont work obviously, and yes you'll need one similar to the one you found. But, it'll only be able to remove the drive side crank, and you'll have to get one that fits your bashring (assuming you have one) snugly so as it doesn't bend/get damaged. Hope this helps, Alun
  8. Lets see how many other people try this now
  9. Yip, just read the thread, you'r spellings really improved. Not being sarcastic, so much easier to read Alun
  10. Sorry, carbon bash?! If you intend on using it more than 3 times, then theres no point at all. Carbon fibre isn't amazingly strong though, its main advantage is being very rigid, using it on frames would mean lots of layers to get the strength, increasing the weight. Well, thats what I was told is true for track bikes anyway, when I asked how come they weighed so much. Feel free to prove me wrong though. Alun
  11. Remove all the nipples, hold the rim on its side, twist the hub one way till half the spokes come out, then the same twisting the other way, and bobs yer mothers brother! Alun
  12. What about clingfilm over toilets? Always a suprise when piss gets everywhere. Try and get ribena/bubblebath into the water supply. Anyone seen the bulletin on myspace about december 7th? Meant to be a national-dodging day or something Alun
  13. Diesel. Full stop. It'll clean anything, just rinse after. Alun
  14. If anything is changed, then I'd hope to see some improvements to the BB shell, stripping the threads seems to be a problem for quite a few people. Alun
  15. Due to an offer I can't refuse, that weekend I now have plans for. Basically, I can potentially earn over £100, and I'm not gonna turn that down, though I'd love to come. Any change I'll let you know, 'cos I really wanna come, but I cant say no to what I've been offered if it still goes ahead, sorry lads. / f**k yes Alun
  16. I found that if I log on anywhere else, school for me, it wont keep me logged in. May be the case?
  17. Sweet, cheers! Sorted with daddy, lifts to 'n' from bangor sorted (can drive hopefully woot!) What sorta times were evryone thinking of?
  18. Sounds like fun, will be up for it if i can get there/haven't got work etc. If i come, can I sleep on't floor, pretty please?! Depends on the date though, might walk home. Alun
