Personally I do not ride on graves. But sometimes i guess you have to ask yourself, "well they are dead and centries old maybe a hop on them isn't too bad as nobody visits them, they have clearly been forgotten." I personally don't think like that but i knew a lad who did and i understood his point. But i believe they should rest in PEACE. Another lad i know who is into Satan and crap jumped on graves on a night out - i didn't think too much of it and neither did the general public, so as a guess majority of people don't do it/agree with it.

For a beginner it may not be worth getting an angle grinder. Also tar + grind is great. A large percentage of the guys i ride with have grinds and i love them, thay all use tar at oe point or another with their grinds. For f*ck sake it's personal preference - if its you opinion then fine, but don't slate it.

I apologise if i did offend you, it was not my intention, but the way i understood your post you were telling people not to use tar. To me that statement is crazy, i felt you were handing out very narrow viewed information to people. I'd apreciate it if you keep your silly comments to youself too! And why may I ask should i calm down if i'm not angry? A lot of people do not have access to an angle grinder, but may have access to tar. In this case they WILL use tar. It does not contaminate anything and can easily be removed with white spirit if necessary. I'm sure i've been riding more years than you and i've always used tar and never had any complaints. I've also used a grind but prefer tar. Every person has a preference and you should respect that. Ohhh and don't tell me to jog on - i was expressing that this lad can't tell people not to use tar. Fair play if you advise against it, but don't tell people to stop using tar. Also try to read the whole post - I said "no offence" and also expressed an apreciation for the sentiment. JOG ON! No offence, but if you use tar sparsely and "responsibly" you will be fine. Its been used for years and proven to work. I myself use it all the time. But i guess its nice that you care about your fellow riders , keep trying! Neil

What is it with you inch pinchers....you are having a laugh 10 inches!!!! There is no point in lying mate...its just not cool. We can clearly see in the first picture that compared to your wheel, the wall is only around 8 inches. lol I really do like the second one Neil

Mate you don't know what you are talking about.... Anyone could miss a crack there as when i undo the bolts i don't stand SQUARE on. Plus as Ash said, Tom had just started to ride when he got that frame and he only used it for a short period. The main point which you have not grasped is that Tom is willing to compensate him, which most people don't do!! I hope you get this sorted Tom. If you bring it to me i could probs get it welded for free like my Kot, no guarentee though as Sam and I kinda are not talking....... PEACE! Neil

Lol, i was the same. I applied what i thought to be sufficient force to get the pads out but they wouldn't budge and when i pulled really hard they popped out and i thought i broke it. I almost cried!! How i miss those days
