  1. NO SH*T - JUST RIDE!!! tongue.gif To me that says it all It seem's to me as a certain group of riders are trying to segregate themselves from certain events, sort of a North south divide. Let's all pull together & support all events & appreciate all the effort & hard graft these people put in for our sport!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NO SH*T JUST RIDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ian. PS The sections above look NO SHIT to ME
  2. Our opinion of yesterdays trial was of very technical, challenging & long sections certainly testing enough for any ability rider. Sam lost more marks yesterday than at all previous rounds. The rocks were similar to the World round in France up in the forest which were very slippy & testing but superb practice! Every person i spoke to after the trial said they enjoyed it, it was certainly worth the 140miles each way we drove to get there!!!!!!! PS Perhaps some people should look up the word trial & find out it's true meaning Ian.

    Tyke Trial

From the north and south - M6 take junction 36 onto the A590 towards South Lakes. From the east - A65 to Crooklands roundabout (junction with M6) - take the A590 signposted "South Lakes". · At the junction after approximately 3 miles, stay on the A590 signed "Barrow". After approx 6 miles turn left onto the B5277 signed "Grange". In Lindale, at the mini-roundabout in front of "The Lindale Inn", take the very last turning into "Back o the Fell Road". After 50 yards, bear right at the t-junction. The road takes you under a dual-carriageway bridge. The trial will be approximately 1½ miles on the left. DO NOT PARK ON THE ROAD Will that do, think it starts at 11 oclock

  13. Quote Ali c Harder comps really do make the better riders I think. Most definitely If all British rounds were like this then i think the standard of British riders would increase & would be top practice for the worlds. Especially the long sections imo they were great, if you shagged something up you would be lucky to get out of the section in 2mins. Good stamina builders. I have heard people talk in the past about not wanting to frighten riders away from the British rounds but i think most of the riders who enter the Brits are pretty competent anyway. Thankyou to all at EBTC & BIKETRIAL UK for a excellent trial.
  14. If this is true of your frame show us the pictures, Monty are usually very good with replacements if there is a genuine fault in workmanship. I would say very abused
