Make sure the lockring on your freehub is not coming into contact with your dropout. Mine did that and i had the exact same problem you were describing. Ian

i've been here for over a month and i haven't been validated and i'm baffled on what i've done wrong to not get validated I give loads of good infomation and tips in posts i'm confused. All i did there was copy and pasted what you said, then ran it through the spell checker, before you post, use that Basically just don't ever talk crap, make sure your posts have a purpose, and spelling and grammar is up to scratch. woodster90, you should be pretty happy that people have taken the time to give you tips on how to improve your pictures. They have obviously seen that your pictures are above average quality and so are trying to help you out. As chris said, he wouldn't bother commenting on a load of average pics. I personally think they are very good pics, but people have suggested improvements, and the people who have helped you know exactly what they are talking about from what i've seen. So cheer up, and get some more good pics on the forum asap! Ian

Ha ha, and to think thats what could have happened to me, yesterday, my bike started making crazy noises, and my friend actually saw a snapped link in my chain, fixed it up with a new un' and am A ok. I hope you were alright after that, from the video, looked like you had some harsh shin to wall contact going on Ian

You cant go calling somebody thick because they don't wear a helmet. It's their choice whether to wear one or not. I think people on here should understand that better. I realize its a safety issue, but at the end of the day, its PERSONAL safety. I didn't wear a helmet for about 6 months when i started riding, and gradually started riding with more people and realized it was the 'done' thing to wear one. People should not judge you for not wearing (or wearing) a helmet. Ian
