Lighten up, and yes, what retards, handcuff somebody for taking a camera out of their car, i mean theres investigation, and then theres stupidity. I think the police exercised the second one slightly more than the first. Dam funny story all the same, hope you made some sly pig jokes Ian

Fresh tensioner, have a search, theres some good reviews on them about. Ian Edit: http://www.trials-forum.co.uk/forum/index....fresh+tensioner

Probably worth just closing this topic now as Ad now knows what he will get, and he wont get annoyed by people posting shizzle. Ian

Before trials, i was a filthy skateboarder, so trials in comparison (injury wise) is a walk in the park. But what i find is that it just makes me really tired after riding 3 or 4 days in a row. I'm not really that worried about long-term damage to myself, because when i'm 50 or so, car insurance for me will be cheap, and then i'll cruise round the streets like an original gangster. Ian

The two cats would confer with each other just before the drop, they would determine which of them has the strongest legs, and the least back problems, the stronger cat would then be nominated to take the fall onto its feet. They would get away with it fine, and laugh into the sunset looking like spastics. Ian

I was under the impression that scooter wheels, like skateboard, and rollerblade wheels were made of urethane, and so would wear at a ridiculous rate? as skating for 4 years, i know that doing one harsh powerslide would take a nice bit of wheel off. Unless there ultimate s**te wheels made of hard rubber. Post a pic of your pads, would like to see your scads (scooter + pads) Ian

LMAO! dam you mark!! ok, take off without using wheels or water ski things. Ian
-
My golly gosh, when have you ever seen a plane TAKE OFF without using wheels?? (dont say harrier jump jet, because it still takes off from on its wheels) You are incorrect, deal with it. Ian

Whoever said it will take of is correct. Ian

ME! Nice good quality video, wasn't too sure about the written commentary but i suppose it went with the light feel to the video. As people have mentioned, it was good to see variation in the video, possibly some of the footage could have been left out, but overall the material used was fairly impressive. Awaiting the next one Ian

trials, well worth it ba ba bat baa baaa, i'm loving it trials Not ripping off any companys, except Woolworths, i hate them so much. Ian

That video is making me physically sick, that was so awesome. Ian

Point taken, but it is annoying reading topics which you cant help but wonder why they have been posted. I was just having a laugh, diddnt mean to offend RRtrials either. Also got to show off my gift for MS paint. Ian

If you dont have anything nice to say, then dont say it at all, yes, then lets allow endless amounts of crap topics on the forum wasting everybody elses time. People must realise that they are posting crap. I mean for christs sake, he even wrote BORED in the topic title indicating that he had nothing better to do but post, obviously not needing any information. Ian

Thats my best attempt, took the best part of a day to make, hope you appreciate the effort i've put into it. If you had used the search you would realise there is an entire topic for image editing requests http://www.trials-forum.co.uk/forum/index....showtopic=69765 Ian

I'll let you in on a little secret, the yellow maguras are 20 times more powerful than any of the standard ones. That would be a reason for getting them, but there not so why not just run any magura. I'm sure your mates wont like you being all like "yea, didn't make that up, but have you seen my bike??" Really doesn't matter that much what your bike looks like, as long as the componentry itself is good, and when buying quality parts, they usually look good anyway. Ian

If your going to be spending around 500 pounds on a new bike, you may aswell make a more long-term investment in a decent frame, and use some of the existing parts from your mission. Frames nowadays such as zoo's and echos, can be bought for around £250 leaving you with another £250 to buy new parts. Only replace parts which you feel NEED replacing and concentrate on getting the best key parts you can which will last for years, such as new cranks, new rear hub/wheel, bb, headset, and possibly forks if your budget allows for it. Hope this helped. Ian

I just try to learn by watching others and getting pissed off that they can do it and i cant. My anger then allows me to learn things.Make sure you channel your anger into trials only though, and don't hit your mate. Ian

There seem to be more topics about brakepads than anything else. I think people are getting way too bothered about having the best brake, where as even with the best brake in the world, its not really going to improve your riding (unless your going from a not existant brake of course). Most after maket pads can be brilliant, but its 90% down to how the brake is set up, for example. I had coust pads for a while, and when i had a sharp grind, a good bleed, and straight pads, my brake was amazing, then my pad moved out to an angle and my brake went to nothing. I've been on a friends bike who ran koxx greens better than any coust pads, simply due to the set up. I think that before people go out spending a load of cash on some super squealing pads, they should try to better their existing setup, and in most cases, this should improve braking performance at no extra cost!
