    Lights

I'm running two crees great little things 24 quid off amazon as well
  2. Errrrrrr read it but none of it sank in just going off my theory of 32 I can spin out on road so 4+ teeth equals I'd use more of the gears rather than 6,7,8
  3. Climbs I'll just get off and walk lol prefer speed due to alot of the time on the road. Am I right in thinking most narrow wide rings fit all cranks as long as it's the same bcd and same amount of holes obviously and if I can get the right amount of chain I MAY NOT NEED a clutch mech or chain guide Total newbie but I'm flooding more and more money into the bike and don't want to for a while
  4. 22,32,44 44 is a bit too heavy and 32 bit light so maybe a 36 is the way forward
  5. So do I take the chance though most of the time the bikes a commuting bike and will any narrow wide chainring fit my race face ride xc crank
  6. Morning all bit confused really on what I can and can't run. Current set up is a race face ride xc crank triple speed. My middle chainring is shark fined pretty badly so I need a new one asap I know that I can't use a narrow wide ring without using a clutch mech or chain device so I wanna keep the triple ring set up for the time being but can I use and middle chainring as long as it's 104bcd was looking around last night and people using a shimano deore saying they had to file out the holes. I just want to ride please help
  7. Some new parts on the whip complete new wheel hope pro 2 evo on hope enduro tech rim new cassette and chain
  8. There's gonna be days when you will fall off and possibly even hurt yourself don't think you can do a sport without risk of injury sounds stupid but even before you went out on the bike try doing some stretching. 10 minutes getting the limbs and body loose Imo help the fact that you have a bad back. You don't need to go out and push yourself and try to do the biggest gap or sidehop etc just go out and have fun on your bike been many occasions where I've just Road a curb for an hour or so
  9. As the weather is now changing and I've seen a few people using them do marsh guards do the job well enough or do I just save a couple of quid and get on with the spray and crap
  10. Afternoon all looking for a new rear wheel for my norco 29er was hoping for a hope but to be honest I'm not too clued up on what wheel to get any suggestions. Has to be 135mm hub I'm running qr at the moment but would prefer bolt up Also I'm running tubes so don't need tubeless rims and all that. Not that bothered about weight either bikes mainly for work and light xc If anyone can help please
  11. 650 a month on two bed house mid terrace in Basildon but I get help from council as I'm on a low wage and I'm the only earner in the house.
  12. Had a s3 and now got a Sony Xperia z3 can't fault it great camera on it enough memory pretty fast big screen and it's android. Check out phoneareana.com you can compare models on ones that you like
  13. I don't think that we forget you still know how to throw a punch or a combination but your guard may be a bit slippy and certainly your hand speed would be halved I took about 6 months off whilst my son was ill and new born when I got back into training earlier this year I had lost most of my speed and technique with kicks still building my legs back up. I'd Lovett learn judo and bjj but to be honest it looks too technical for me it's not my style of fighting at all (more of a counter fighter or a outside fighter) but respect to those who put the time into learning a art
  14. Anyone do weapons training. I've had the pleasure of training with a silat master we was using a sorong and a crombi (it's like a a dinosaur claw shape with a ring at one end) Hoping to learn how to use sais and a bo later on
  15. Evening all just another chit chat just wondering if anyone here does a martial art if so what is it how long have you trained for etc etc. I'll start I'm a kick boxer been training now for around 6 years I think and tonight I've just started grading for my black belt

  17. How do you re size the image on a mobile won't let me upload my pictures
  18. Managed to get it off just hacked a deeper Grove and went and got some plusgas did the job but bolts fecked lol lucky I got spares Post to be closed
  19. Afternoon all was setting up my new brakes was taking off the last bolt and it's completely rounded off I've tried the old hacksaw job but it's just chewed the head and I've read online to cut the whole head off and disk will come off and unscrew. The thread with pliers. Question is if I can't get the thread out is 5bolts good enough to hold the disk brake rotor (it's a avid bb7) on a 29er so it's more just a slowing down brake rather than a trials brake Any help would be great
  20. Mission reefer in silver. The one with the 1.5 headset with tektro v brakes and halo combats on diahtech hubs think they had like 4 engagement points haha
