does anyone know of any chrome 24" rims which are not drilled?

What would everyone here say the best v brake set up is? I need a new v brake for the rear, and i want it to lock the wheel easily. I was thinking something like XTR lever Nokon cable Avid arch rival Any other ideas? Oh and also, if anyone has an xtr lever or brake for sale pm me, i have bought stuff off people on here before but im not a proper member yet for some reason...

A lot of people in canada and the US run 26-24 wheel combo, as using duel 24" wheels is frowned upon in the US
