Thanks for the advice got pads and booster and stem Sorted. Going to see how I get on with the kenda tyre before purchasing anything else but will get the big Betty if it's not to my liking. Bike should be here tomorow Cheers

Thanks for the reply I ordered it up today and got new rear pads to go with it. I also have a spare stem at home so will see how that goes as I'm 6 foot 2. I've never ran a booster with any frame so shall see how the break is. Where about would u recommend to get 1 of those tyres. Thanks

anyone tried bulking on milk currently in the process of drinking at least 2 litres of blue milk a day only been doing this for about 5 days now so not noticed a big difference. Also got my usual diet on top of this.

Really tempted to go splash out on the full echo build from tarty. Anyways what like are the kenda tyres or would I be better off getting a new set? Also saw a lot of people with different stems on these I have a tarty stem left from my stock I could use or any 1 suggest a stem that goes well with these bikes. Cheers

Good video trav definetly came along way since i last rode with you boys. Summer is on its way and i may have to invest in another bike soon and get back out. Keep up the top riding and look forward to seeing more stuff from you in the future.

What's the best and most accurate way of getting body fat measured? I got mines taken at the gym the other day with height and age and weight then had to get things stuck to my hands and feet with some computer thing and it measured it and came back at 12.8% which I was more than happy with.

After a good workout using jack3d when I get home it's like my body crashes and I feel sick and really shakey. Just wanted to see how others felt on it. Thanks anyways.

Theres an app for the iphone if you have one that you put in what foods you eat over the course of a day and it works out your total calorie intake. Its called my fitness pal check it out and see if it has any use to you.

Well I thought she did appreciate it up untill now when she's not willing to give anything back in return but pretty much a screw u I'm looking after myself. She's just soo stubborn and won't have a bad thing said and everything is about her and shes not doing anything wrong and if I try and explain anything she doesn't want to hear it. Haha this is soo true. That's what I tried to put across to her that for just once since we've been going out I ask for a wee bit of help and her to pay her ways for this month but she was having none of it and says why should she stay in and tried to say I was telling her all her money should be spent on me which was not the case. Think she tends to forget bout all the weekends and shit away I take her but none of that seems to matter. If things were split down the middle to be honest we would hardly get out. -

Never normally post in here and my problems ain't as bad as some but what harm can it do. Misus has royally f**cked us off. Anyways I used to get weekly pay then out of the blue got told we were now on monthly due to merging with another company. Asked the misus if she could help out a bit this month so we can still go out and do things as she very rarly has to pay for things which doesn't bother me at all.. Got fed some crap about how she has more priorities to see to and doesn't have much herself which was fair enough so I thought well take it easy then and cancelled plans we had made to go out. She some how seems to have plenty of money to go running out on the lash and other things when her mates ask. Mentioned this to her and as usual I was everything under the sun and in the naughty books. Urgh women why do we ever bother. -
Going to be honest I do neglect my back a bit which I know I shouldnt I do a lot of neck lat and shoulder work though as well as the rest. For instance lat pull down machine I'm managing reps with around 95kg but bench around the 60kg mark. Most part of me is coming along nicely but my arms are terribly skinny at the moment. I do a lot of dips for tri's 1 of my favourite exercises. Also any 1 take jack3d as a pre workout drink if so how do you feel about 2. Hours after taking it ?

So been at the gym probably about 3 months now and put on about 5kg in weight which I am happy with. I know many of these questions could be answered with a quick google search but would prefer your opinions. I read a lot about when training arms they are easily over trained any advice on how much different exercises would be adequate enough during a session at the gym for the likes of biceps?. I usually go for 5 exercises 3 reps of 8 for bi's and usually about 3 exercises reps of 8 for tri's on a chest workout day. Still a bit of a gym newbie and don't go with any with years of experience to guide us but Im familiar with a lot of the basic exercises. Also is reps of 8 fine for trying to put on mass rather than Toning or should I lower this to 6. Any help would be great. Thanks

It was an email from PayPal.com and I wasn't selling it on eBay either was on Gumtree. So no names were given on my behalf but mines. It's my dads PayPal address also and I have not mentioned his name at all so find it quite weird how a fake PayPal scam Would be able to find out that information. Thanks for the replies, everything i have sold on here has been fine via PayPal.

Thanks for the reply I got in contact with PayPal And they have said that there is no money waiting to be released but the PayPal email Seems genuine cause it has full name in the email Which only PayPal would know of so a bit confused. Either way gonna try and get in contact with the buyer and see what's up. Also anyone know the charge for not sending stuff as a gift as I was charging 950 For the laptop but PayPal says she has put in 980 would this sound correct.? Bottom line is don't post anything without the money being in PayPal and being able to take it out. Cheers

Bit of a PayPal newbie here most things which I have been sending I have seen payment for into my account before sending. Im recently selling my laptop which is rather expensive so would like to not get conned out of money. I have received an email from PayPal saying that I have to post the goods and give them the tracking number before the money will even show up into my account. Would this be correct?. Any quick help would be useful Thanks.

Haha almost 40 kg heavier sounds alot id like to get around 80kg. Im probably well underweight for my height but im generally quite happy with how toned i am would just like to put on a bit of mass. Im gonna guess my body fat is around 7% could be wrong though. Bit of a newbie question here but looking at trying to take in alot more carbs and a pack of super noodles seems to have around 65g would stuffing this down my throat be ok or does it need to be like brown pasta and brown rice.

So i posted my meal plan a page or 2 back but added in some more pasta and rice now and then and have generally been sticking to it for the past 3 weeks. Anyways think its time to start trying to bulk up a bit more dont seem to have put on any weight at all. While were on the subject im about 6.3 height and only weigh a measly 69kg. I know i could quite happily sit and stuff my face to gain the extra weight but trying to keep as much fat off as possible but still increase muscle and size. Any suggestions or is this just a slow process doing it that way the lean way. Thanks

Hey had both a Sony and a panasonic camera. A lot of software I had required all the clips from the Sony cam to be converted before they could be used had no problems with Panasonic though. I would say try and pick up a Panasonic sd60 from somewhere if you can.
