It's infuriating how Deng's new non 20" frames all need a half link chain if you plan to run any sensible gear ratio
Waiting for the chain to stretch is an option but it could take ages. They really don't stretch that much. Take into account that even if it stretches by 4mm (which is quite a lot for a chain) that's only 2mm in chainstay length.
What I'd do is file down the chainstay yoke a bit. I did that with my '10 GU LE, also had clearance issues with a Rubber Queen 2.4".
edit: oh and by the way, it's a Chinese frame, if you've got an issue with it, it's a probrem, not a problem.
