  1. Before getting out of bed today I went onto facetube and saw my ex complaining about the snow. Here was none yesterday so I though how bad can it be? Seriously, f**k winter.
  2. Depends on your setup. 221Ti cranks have a relatively short thread which is good enough for either a freewheel or a bashring and a screw on sprocket. They aren't really meant to be run with any sort of spacer, be it just a 3mm ring or a bash. Probably best if you give Tarty a ring.
  3. Monty 221Ti cranks have a very small offset, I've been fighting with the same problem for many years now since I refuse to run anything else. The only proper way out is to replace the cranks. The TMS bb will solve your problem but you'd better check the chanline before ordering. The additional width will change the chainline by 6mm.

I'm blown away, you effectively managed to take TG out of a TGS riding style. If that isn't skill, I don't know what else is
  5. Tartybikes is pretty much the only place in the world which stocks and knows anything about the Trial King/Queen tyres right? There is NO info about them in the official Continental dealer's catalogue for 2011, nor do Continental dealers know anything about this tyre. I came out of a meeting with the Conti wholesaler looking like an idiot when I told them that I'd be interested in these tyres. They had no idea what I was talking about. Weird.
  6. Doubt it. Most of these bb's are just re-branded chinese/taiwan mass produced components. The carbon fibre in a Neon bb will definitely not improve the axle strength which is the weakest link in a square taper.
  7. This guy has jumped onto a vehicle, apparently parked on a bike lane:
  8. I'm lost. Is this THE Jack Meek or has somebody stolen his account recently?
  9. Same going on here. Except the raise isn't from 15% to 17.5% but from 22% to 23%. I don't give a shit, you can complain but what's the point. It's going to happen anyway.
  10. Just gave that a try and managed to do it first time but using cloak all the way through. Pistols with silencers are a good way to quietly take down KPA especially if you disable the cloak just for one shot. I've been trying to do the last level of Warhead with the speed boost only but keep failing when the aliens appear. Haven't tried any unofficial levels. Can you recommend some?
  11. Out of those three I've only had first hand experience with the HSB booster. It was very stiff. How about a TNN brake booster system and a 4-bolt booster on top of that?
  12. That's the worst advice anyone has ever given on this forum. Seriously Risers are so much better in every possible way. Mark, why don't "you" stock SR carbon bars?
  13. Haha me too Just hiding in a bush by the shore makes me happy but when it's the same bush by the same shore over and over again, it gest boring. Crysis 2 is supposed to be based in a city unfortunately.
  14. Surely those weights don't include the BB Mark. It'd make them one of the lightest trials frames ever.
  15. You do realise that the lightweight Deng frames are actually stronger than the 07/08 frames?
  16. Is this a Pitbull or a Lynx Piranha?
  17. From personal experience I'd recommend getting a used King which you KNOW has been reliable. The new hubs are rubbish unfortunately.
  18. I enjoy playing Crysis in the winter because it makes me feel like I'm on a tropical island.
  19. Finishing my master's course in logistics and also running a business. Was looking at taking up a normal job too just to see how it's like to work for somebody but the average pay is so incredibly low compared to my current earnings that I'm lacking the basic motivation. Kinda annoying because I'd like to give this a shot but at the same time couldn't be bothered.
  20. Apart from it being amazing and all that, pro riders riding walls just doesn't do it for me. They seem to lack the imagination to do something interesting on simple obstacles.
  21. Yeah, shifting weight towards the middle of the bike is a great benefit of FFWs. I'm still more inclined towards a freehub and fixed sprocket since my King hasn't skipped on me once but the weight savings and weight shift are a big enough benefit for me to consider such a system once every now and then. Still, I just don't trust freewheels no matter how good Echo's apparently are.
  22. Do you mean the rather painful technique which involves loud swearing before coming to a stop? Or have things changed since I last skied.
