  1. Looks neat. I wouldn't ride this bike though for the same reason I don't ski - there are no brakes.
  2. It's definitely a step forward but I can't help thinking it looks cheapish. Price wise I'm going to guess it'll be a bit more expensive than the '09 LE is due to the extra CNCing here and there.
  3. Don't know what the first 3 minutes are for but after that this song is pure genius. All progressive trance fans check this out. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hRFvoZprSG4
  4. Over 1 year now since my breakup and I still look back at my last relationship. The annoying thing is that we broke up very peacfully and with great respect towards each other so I very much miss the person that she was. Such a shame it didn't work out. No luck finding anyone good enough yet

That's a REALLY odd head tube angle. But at least it's something different.
  6. I'm around 5'11. Which of these bikes would be easier to bunnyhop?
  7. Is there actually any difference in flickyness betwen a 24" and 26" bike ? I'm surprised that one would choose the wheel size depending on how tall one is. The last one I tried was a full out of the box 09/'10 Pro spec with a Race stem, wouldn't that have been a 90mm? It felt pretty good but still slightly unusual. What's your opinion on these two bikes Adam?
  8. I've been meaning to get myself an Inspired for some time and now when the new range has been released the time feels right. I'm very biased between the Hex and the Fourplay Team. For one, this is a street bike so a rear rim brake is a massive no-go for me. On the other hand I'm not sold on 24" bikes. I don't really know what I want to do on this bike, probably just experiment and have fun. The main thing I'd like to avoid is ending up riding trials on an Inspired which I can see happen with the Hex, due to the nature of the rear brake (yeah, sounds silly). In the past I've had some experience with Inspired Fourplays and although I found the riding position to be rather unusual, the bike itself was quite addicting. The new Fourplay has a different frame geometry so I can't go with my past experiences. Who here has ridden both these bikes and could help a bit?
  9. I haven't run a booster for ages but a few days ago I installed a TNN 2bolt integrated booster and that greatly improved the stiffness of the brake. It might be stiffer with a 4-bolt but it's good enough for me as it is. Definitely no need for any improvement. This is on a 26" GU Le '10 frame.
  10. Forgive me if this has been mentioned before but I can't be bothered to read through 12 pages of comments. Is this him having to paint a wall after a wallride?
  11. That's just 4/5 frames out of which only 1,5 (well, the Because and the Ozonys somewhat) are reasonably priced. That's not much of a choice in my opinion. Fair play a Triton isn't exactly cheap but you get a hell of a lot more for your buck. I'm really looking forward to the 2011 range of Echo bikes, there's bound to be some affordable pure 24" trials frames in there. At the moment, unless you're well off your only option is the Because.
  12. You've got to focus on the riding man!
  13. Probably Koxx. Remember when this vid came out, it's still one of my all time favorites.
  14. I find it annoying how the 24" bikes are having to undergo the same evolutionary process as a mod and a stock have through the last 10 years. Why does every frame have to start off with a seat, then get lower and lower until after a few years it looses the seat altogether and starts looking like a trials frame. You'll see, in 2011 or 2012 there will be an outburst of 24" trials frames which could have been released many years ago when the idea was first introduced. At the moment there is very little choice, pretty much the only way to get what you want is order a custom frame from Marino or Triton.
  15. As above, not my favourite but still very good. I love how crisp the video quality is and how pretty the riding spots are. And the riding of course. I wish I had riding mates like you guys, willing to travel and explore new places having fun rather than just ride the same boring obstacles. If you don't mind me asking, what's your occupation? You guys are clearly very well off.
  16. Roughly half way through that vid my mind imploded.
  17. I'm pretty sure you'll be better off with trying to use a TR tensioner on a TryAll hub. Don't know about the rest.
  18. I prefer this over the April vid. Amazing riding as always, in many ways better but not showing off all the skills like in the big one. Music was great too. I honestly can't get my head around his riding.
  19. I'd tend to go with the Trialtechs too, they're pretty much perfect on any frame. The 07 Adamant has a pretty slack head tube angle (71 I think) so a longer stem would be advisable. A 130mm Trialtech Sport and some TT riser bars tilted slightly forward should ride very well.
  20. Only thing I'm not fond of are the dropouts. Rest looks great. Are these frames gas welded?
  21. Haven't heard this for years. The old boys will know which bike video this song is from:
  22. Haha I was expecting that too
