  1. Yeah those Viz stems have pretty nice geometry, ideal for high bb stock bikes or 24" (at a guess).
  2. Doesn't seem to have any brake mounts?
  3. If his shop is trial-bikes then I can't see how that is true.
  4. Ozonys is going to be THE frame to have for 2011. Seriously digging both the mod and the stock.

    Mowgli 2010

    Thoroughly enjoyable.
  6. Probably around 400 for the first bike and 250 for the 2nd one?
  7. Half way through, haven't done a single thing from that list lol. Done better things and accomplished more instead Thanks for the bump, nice to look back.
  8. I've been riding for over 9 years now and I really can't imagine where I'd be if not for this sport. It has completely changed my life in every way, right from the first days where I'd spend all my time riding, through meeting new people, manning up and opening a business which subsequently enabled me to start doing a very expensive sport while still having a lot of time for social life. None of this would have happened if I didn't choose to persevere and get my fist proper trials bike, a 221 X-Lite with a square bottom tube which was quite literally falling apart. To the trials community, I salute you.
  9. Perhaps because their other compounds are better.
  10. Isn't that just a Slate with slate crossed out?
  11. That's great, so you save 3p on a 2-pack.
  12. Because they're about as good as a turd with bearings. The old ones are fine, mine is at least 6 years old now and it has never really skipped. But 5 out of 6 mates who have purchased their hubs within the last 2-3 years or so (and I'm not making this up) have had endless problems with their Kings - snapping bearings and HD axles mostly. One broke a bearing and axle twice I think and he's the kind of rider who doesn't even look at obstacles over 1ft tall. Obviously he had to send the hub back to the US to CK HQ, they took ages to repair the hub and then sent it back with the customs declaration filled in such a way that my mate had to actually PAY 100USD TAX to collect his hub from the post office. Absolute idiots. While I value the past quality of these hubs, I would no longer spend a penny on CK products. Especially as you now have a freewheel called Echo SL.
  13. The quality on Rockmans has improved, it was pretty crap when the first Slate was released. Don't know about the ISIS. Bike looks nice.
  14. If they were shit I doubt the top riders in the world would use them. I'm pretty sure these guys know what they're doing. Very good trailer, looking forward to the vid though I'll probably miss it

    Tee Vees!

Text won't be too good from such a distance. Remember that 1920x1080 is very high resolution, good enough for use as a PC monitor. Can't help with the choice though, I have a 1080 Sharp Aquos which is now about 3,5 years old, I don't remember the diameter but it's around 37". I'm happy with it, the one thing I'm really impressed with is the quality of the integrated speakers. I'd say go to a store and look at the images these TV's produce. You're bound to find something that will suit you.
  16. Zoo Lynx and Echo Lite have the same geometry. Go for the short Lite, they're very nice frames. Flicky and responsive and also very nicely made.
  17. Those two moves where you gap from a post to front wheel onto a narrow wall are possibly the best moves I've ever seen you do. Absolutely insane stuff.
  18. The head angle is already on the image, it's on the front tyre. I'm biased between 72, 72.5 and 73 HA and would like around 670-680mm reach with a 45-55mm BB rise. I'm wondering what the wheelbase will be with such settings. However you cannot set the reach in this program and it won't display the wheelbase because the wheelbase field is blanked out.
  19. The Handlebar from BB measurement is a bit odd, I think it measures it in one dimension. If you put 680 for a stock you get a 1150+ wheelbase. I'm on about the measurements which you can display on the bike itself, as below: I'll be ordering a custom frame in 1-2 months so this program is ideal to settle on the head angle and reach. Unfortunately without those two measurements it's completely useless.
