  1. You need to have spacers on both sides else the bb will be shifted to one side. Might be an idea to put them between the body and bearings.
  2. It doesn't look like a heavy spec. How much does it weigh? I'd recommend you get Monty 221Ti cranks, an Echo ISIS BB with the aluminium bolts/Trialtech Lite bb and Echo TR caged pedals. Also take a look at front Echo TR rim hubs. They're pretty strong and also very light.
  3. My thoughts exactly. 1080 will only be too short for taps if you can't do taps.
  4. What about making some spacers on a lathe which will fit between the bb and cups? Not sure this will work, can't remember how the bb is constructed under the cups.
  5. This might broaden your view on sheds:
  6. Wow I love your vids, they're such a perfectly balanced mixture of all the trials techniques and great lines. Wasn't a big fan of the music, the tune was good but that guy's/woman's voice was horrible
  7. Under no circumstances should Echo brakes be bled with water. That's probably the cause. You can try WD40 which should temporarily fix it. As for servicing, I'm not sure if this can be done. With Maguras you just drilled the slave in the right place which allowed for the piston to be removed.
  8. The bike needs to suit your technique. But it's the skill that gets you up walls, bikes don't jump on their own.
  9. I remember you, you're the guy who used to ride a black Giant Trials Team which in your hands looked like a mod bike.
  10. Might be worth contacting the place you bought them from about a warranty. These pedals are generally quite fragile and meant for UCI riding but this shouldn't happen.
  11. First time I've seen this happen. Did you bash the pedal against walls?
  12. Those pictures show comitment to the forum. Not as big as somebody posting a naked picture of themselves holding a small cardboard box but still, impressive.
  13. That was great. Liked the music too but personally I prefer the original '08 remix. Riding was very good especially the long lines. Makes me want to get a mod and just play around.
  14. The head angle is 72deg, wb is I think 1065 or 1060. Used to ride one, liked it a lot.
  15. Hahaha that was brilliant I don't get inspired much anymore but TRA's vids worked pretty well on me in the past.
  16. The Selectbikes basket is rather small by default, you need to choose the larger basket before you can add the bars. On a side note, thought about riser bars?
  17. To be honest, how many sub 1.7kg frames are there which will last as long as this did? Half a year of such riding is probably a good 2-3 years in the hands of anyone else.
  18. If you like jelly then yes, it's probably nice. I get pissed off even by fork flex which is why I don't run a disc on the front wheel.
  19. Probably not, but giving a competition frame to such a rider shows massive faith in the design. I like that
