  1. From what I've read, they don't hold a grind too well and dent much more easily than standard rims. On the other hand, the strength of the wheel is close to the standard ones, probably due to the profile and how high the sidewalls are. As for the Triton, i'll drop you a pm once i've given it a good ride
  2. Like the colour scheme, orange goes well with black and white.
  3. If you've been considering a Triton and can afford one, get one. Can't tell you how they ride yet, Dimitri will be dropping by with my frame in a few days, however I've done a lot of research before ordering and basically people say it's like riding a huge spring. Secondly you can order custom geometry so you get a frame tailored to your needs. The frames aren't super light, but I'd definitely be more confident on a titanium frame than one made of magnalium which hasn't been tested by street riders. Besides, 26" DOB's have appalling geometry!
  4. I've probably totally missed the point after seeing what Kris has written examples of big gaps that look effortless: [3:20, 3:36, 6:16]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TcQAX3ZY5D8 [2:05 onwards] edit: one more http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AbKswozZi_o
  5. What, you mean Tunni does or doesn't do that massive pedalkick? He does in my opinion, all his gaps look like he's putting a lot of effort into them. You need to watch closely at how Marco Grosenik or TRA gap, they seem to have mastered that move. In answer to your question, you need to pinch gap and most important of all, jump forwards with the body and pull the bike with you, not the other way round (as in do a powerful pedalkick and expect the bike to propel you forward).
  6. Don't tryall still make 42mm rims? Anyway, a front 07 echo sounds good.
  7. Now that's his first vid I like. Actually, it's one of the best vids I've seen for quite a while. Love the spins, drops onto slopes, wallrides and streety stuff. So many riders have the skills but don't have the ideas to make a video interesting. This just shows that if you put your mind to it, you can come up with something really unique.
  8. Wow, for the first minute or so i was wondering if this is a 4 year old vid or not! Great stuff, almost retro if you can call it that Ben should have been kept out of this video or at least given a penny farthing to ride.
  9. Greetings

    Summer Days

Yeah could somebody re-upload it please? Really want to see this vid, was away when you posted it
  10. What about crank/magura slaves clearance? I'll have these mounts on my triton, a bit worried about the cranks hitting the brake
  11. V!Z Max Bar are almost identical
  12. Got myself a trial of After Effects, looked at some tutorials to learn how this thing works, but the majority of interesting tutorials already assume you know the program inside-out. I'm sure there are a few people on here familiar with this program. Would you care to explain the tutorial below in a more simple way, as if you were explaining it to an idiot? Tutorial 1 For instance, I have no idea what " Duplicate the Layer and Shift Position 1 Frame" or "Make only a tip portion using Track Matte"" means. Ok, it's in bad english but for somebody who knows the program it should be obvious.
  13. Deep Dish - Dreams (feat Steve Nicks) The play count of that song on my ipod is well over 1,500.
  14. Chilled for natural and house for street vids. There's no such option in your poll so I selected the last one.
  15. Looks like a short to me Nice bike, i like it
  16. Going to check mine tomorrow, a bit nervous now
  17. Not for long though Mine gripped amazingly well when the rim and pads were new, only lasted a few rides though, then the rim needed grinding. Great looking bike too!
  18. That's one of the only vids of him that I really enjoyed. Awesome riding, just so smooth. Pity all the other ones were gap-sidehop-gap-sidehop....
  19. New monitor Can somebody tell me how to set a different desktop background on my 2nd monitor? Running Vista and an Nvidia graphics card.
  20. Can't wait When is the full vid out? And why isnt't there any riding from you Felix?
  21. Don't like thinking about it because I instantly get annoyed. I wonder if we'll ever know?
  22. Had a KHE for well over 2 years, it never snapped. Then i just replaced it for a KMC because it stretched too much. Brilliant chain!
