  1. edit: in case you're interested, the people who entered this trial got 2,000 pounds
  2. They DON'T. Just look into the classifields forum to find what you're looking for instead of braking the rules.
  3. Don't wear shin pads, these scars will be great conversation starters when we're 90 years old.
  4. Nice, like the way you pedal up those walls, looks smooth

You mean 1440x1080 with 1.333 pixels? Either play those files in VLC and select 16:9 aspect ratio (should play with o problems) or compress the video to 1920x1080 with square pixels. I think you'll get best results with a 1280x720 square pixels video, after all very few cameras exceed 700 lines.
  6. ^^ Haha We definitely need aerodynamic bikes in trials! I love Koxx, even though these designs look mental, it's great they're trying!

Premiere Pro 2.0 for normal editing Premiere Pro 3.0 demo with cracked MPEG2 decoder for time remapping HDV Split for video capture Waiting till I'll be able to do everything in one program... Premiere CS3 has a very serious error with audio sync, hope they fix it in the final version.
  8. Well, ZOO! frames always had the names of animals, Lynx, Boa, Piranha, Pitbull, Python. Echo is the name of Deng's gf, it also means something in Chinese. Koxx might have something to do with what Vincent used to eat when he was a kid? BT is obvious Mielec is the name of the city in which the frames are produced What about LX/XT/XTR groups? Light cross, cross terrain, cross terrain race? Dunno if that makes any sense
  9. No point. Mini DV is the best system around. The only real benefit from using a HDD is that there's no risk of something happening to the recording head or any of the junk inside the cassette compartment. Theoretically you can record more video onto a HDD camera but you then have to transfer and store it onto your PC. Storing video on cassettes is so much easier, cheaper and safer. Finally, if you are going to get one of them silly hdd cameras, keep well away from Sony AVCHD HDD models.
  10. Yes! That was just brilliant. The video was too short, make a longer one please
  11. Or MagicISO Virtual CD/DVD Drive It reads some files that Daemon tools doesn't.
  12. It's about 31% in Poland (22% VAT and 9% duty). That's roughly what you should expect, maybe a bit less, it seems the UK is more liberal in terms of taxes than Poland... What the shop you bought the parts from should have done, is to deduct VAT. Otherwise, you just pay double. I was in the lucky situation a year or two ago, when Tarty sent me some parts, deducted VAT but forgot Poland was in the EU. So i got my parts for 60 pounds less because they didn't charge me anything on the border edit: remember that you pay tax from the value of the parcel + the shipping costs.
  13. 10690g - 300g (they don't have the front tyre i use on that list) - 142g (square holes in rims) = 10248g edit: Adamant A1 that is, with 1,8kgs of rubber on the rear wheel

    Andyt Video

I'm pretty sure that's supposed to make fun of the majority of British trials videos
  15. I think Luke already tried using a splitter. This system would create lots of problems, like a very spongy lever and having to pull it right to the bars in order for the pads to touch the rotor. Using a closed system like the C2 lever might eliminate this problem, but will not give as much braking power as two BB7s. The main issue here is to have enough braking power to lock two wheels with one lever. So Luke's got to get the most powerful brakes he can, and those undoubtedly would be 8" BB7's. Secondly, if he can adjust them so the pads are in constant contact with the rotors but don't create a lot of drag, he could modify the lever to give much more mechanical advantage. I think Danny Swindlehurst welded a disc adaptor onto his GU, you might want to talk to him about that.
  16. Good girl, how would her legs look like if they were scarred? Girls need to have pretty legs. Fact.
  17. loved the stack at the end of the vid that's why it's better to sidehop to the opposite direction
  18. What i meant is if you think it's based on a different logo, it might be better to give it a miss. Just to be on the safe side It does ring a bell in my head as well, pretty sure i've seen it somewhere...
  19. so, what happens if you need to stop very quickly?
  20. If it's for a stock then a BB7 will be better. MUCH more braking power.
  21. Ok here's my "tuck". It's in the air so it's not a cheated one in which you move towards your bike Not too high though, was already tired after a couple of hours of riding.
  22. ^ very true Although it depends on the frame, the Vincos have 80mm BB rise and use a mod stem. I can imagine the riding position on that bike must be fairly normal.
  23. Like that a lot, looks simple and neat. But if, as you say, it's based on another logo, it might be better to give it a miss.
